nothing to live for

The moment God created you means that you have something to live for, you have a purpose and meaning. Tough times come but they have not come to stay. Get therapy. Pick yourself up, and never lose hope.

I hope Allah gives you Sabr in your difficulties and makes things easier for you, Ameen.

Know that Allah will only put people through the difficulties they can take.

A lot of people are struggling in this world.

You just have to keep going, that is the journey of life.

As long as you have time in this world, you will have something worth living for, don't give up and don't give in.

When you feel down, think about how many people in this world are less fortunate than you, it will make you realise you have a lot of blessings to be grateful for.

Most importantly, communicate with others. Share your problems with others; talking and letting your thoughts out will relieve you of your mental suffering.

I've got nothing to show for it and nothing to live for, and its umaking me feel very suicidal.

Goodnight

Please see a professional to receive proper help and guidance.

Here's something important to keep in mind:

The very existence of God's Ruh within you, an unlimited source of hope and help that can be tapped and used, is a very good reason to live for.

God's Ruh is there to serve and protect you, if you let it. It can bring you up when you've hit rock bottom, if you let it.

You've got that Spirit to live for. Know that it's there. Focus on your cardiovascular health. Eat well. Sleep well. Exercise. Be kind. Be compassionate. Volunteer in your local community. Volunteer as many hours per week as your schedule allows you.

And all the while seek a professional counselor for proper help.

There's absolutely no shame in seeking and receiving help. You'd be doing for you and for God's gift within you.

Previous posts are really helpful.

Yes God has created you as a special individual who he loves and is interesed in.  Reach out to him in prayer - just talk to God and tell him how you are feeling.  No need for special words.  As a follower of Jesus, I look at the life of Jesus and see that he helped people in all sorts of various situations.  I believe he is still ready and able to help.

Some people have suggested profesional help.  Have you tried the Samaritans?  I don't know what country you are in.  In the UK go to https://www.samaritans.org/

If you are in the USA try  the Samaritans branch in your area or 1 (800) 273-TALK.

I'm sure there are equivilent groups in other countries.
