I'm not saying this isn't true, but you do know RT is sponsored by the Russian Govt. Not exactly the most objective source of information on Russia and Russian Technology

True and whatever it has or does not have reflects Russian govt thinking.

On that basis the comments section is very illuminating. There are lots of messages (lots being liked too) supposedly from Americans (who knows?) about US tax payers funding a socialist state (Israel) at the expense of Americans.
