Abdullah Fahim explains in an interview the rise of extremism in Afghanistan and which countries have which interest in Afghanistan:

Abdullah Fahim, expert on Afghanistan, believes that the defeat and narrowing of the arena for ISIL in Syria and Iraq made ISIL's creators think of an alternative geography, and that the state of Afghanistan, which was vulnerable to become a center of crisis, was chosen to rejuvenate ISIL and to avenge their heavy defeat in Iraq and Syria in the future from Iran and Russia.

He states the Taliban have no plans whatsoever to deal with foreign terrorists. Furthermore Fahim tells about possible scenarios for the Taliban, in case that they don't form an inclusive government, which must be in line with the acceptance of the (majority of the) people of Afghanistan and the international community:

-Civil wars

-the re-emergence of foreign forces

-and finally the fall of the Islamic Emirate after four or five years of miserable life for the people.

We are witnessing repeated explosions in Afghanistan, where a number of people lost their lives as a result of another terrorist act in Nangarhar yesterday. The ISIS terrorist group has so far claimed responsibility for these attacks. What are the terrorist group's goals in creating insecurity in Afghanistan?

Before answering the question, we need to go back a little and discuss how ISIL was created and how ISIL infiltrated Afghanistan (Islamic State of Khorasan Province) as a project in Afghanistan, Iran and Central Asia and the goals and intentions of its creators. As you know, the ISIL project was launched from Syria and Iraq at the same time, and you have followed the impact of ISIL's actions in these two Arab countries, which will be beyond the readers' delusion and on the other hand, will not be included in this article.

Do you remember that the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) was initially used to overthrow the government and to create a crisis in Iraq and Syria? Nonetheless it was clear from the beginning that the scope of ISIL's presence and activities would not be limited to the Middle East. Rather, it has long-term goals, and these strategic goals cover a wider geography, including Iran, Afghanistan, and Central Asia. ISIL is a joint project of the West and the Arab petro dollars in the Persian Gulf. The planning, organization of training and logistics was the responsibility of the West, especially the United States, and its financial and intellectual encouragement was left to the Saudis and Qataris.

It is not bad to note that most of the ISIL forces were recruited from different parts of Europe and the Central Caucasus, those who had been brainwashed with extremist ideas, called Salafism, and organized with the aim of a unique jihad in terms of ISIL ideologyAfter the Arab Spring in North Africa (the Arab countries of the Horn of Africa), the Westerners realized that they were gradually losing their traditional bases among the Arab nations, and that the Arab Spring was the end of the presence and influence of Western secularism in that area. Fear of the spread of the Arab Spring also gripped the sheikhdoms of the Persian Gulf.

Activation of ISIS in Afghanistan with the aim of taking revenge on Iran and Russia in the future

Therefore, the best reason for the cooperation of the West and the Arabs was to create a tense and extremist force that paints a harsh and irrational picture of Islam and Muslims. Although the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant did not win in Syria and Iraq and suffered heavy defeats, the effects of the destructive presence of ISIS in these two countries are still tangible. If it were not for the full cooperation of Iran and Russia and the resistance of the Syrian and Iraqi governments the realm of ISIL's presence in the Middle East would be quite stronger. Therefore Afghanistan was chosen as a new geographic entity to avenge the heavy defeat of ISIS in Iraq and Syria from Iran and Russia in the future, while renewing the forces of ISIS.

Are you aware of the coincidence of US-Taliban peace talks in Qatar and the emergence and whispers of the presence of unidentified peacekeepers in northern Afghanistan? And overnight transfers in northern Afghanistan by US helicopters to the point that then-Afghan President Karzai did not hide his displeasure with the Americans' behavior, which he saw as an obstacle to peace and security in Afghanistan. But with the formation of Ghani's government and the rise of the Taliban, and then the legitimization of the Taliban by Khalilzad and the start of official US-Taliban talks in Qatar, the ISIL debate was sidelined. From time to time, with ISIL suicide bombings, their serious presence in circles were to make a cover, and some government and Taliban suicide bombings that pursued specific goals may have been recorded in the name of ISIS.

The US-Taliban peace deal came to an end and the transfer of ISIL fighters to Afghanistan in Nangarhar and the northern provinces was on the agenda. The withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan without casualties provided the conditions for Afghanistan to surrender to the Taliban. The founders of ISIL had the best time to strengthen and consolidate ISIL physically in northern Afghanistan, which marked the beginning of ISIL's serious activities in Afghanistan, with Ghani's escape and the fall of the republic and the rise of the Taliban and the vacuum of modern governance.

ISIL targets; Preventing an inclusive government in Afghanistan, insecurity for Iran and Russia

Now back to your question, what are ISIL's goals in creating insecurity in Afghanistan? According to the introduction I mentioned, the goals of ISIL in general became somewhat clear, and in particular in Afghanistan, to prevent the establishment of an inclusive and stable system and government with religious and racial and regional divisions among the people of Afghanistan, which in the absence of these factors threatens and challenges Russia in Central Asia and also finds traces in the areas bordering Afghanistan with Iran, while creating local tensions in the predominantly Sunni border strip of Iran in order to avenge the defeat of ISIS in Syria and Iraq from Russia and Iran and to be a thorn in the eye of Russia in the Amu Darya for Russia.

Behind the scenes, which countries and with what motives and goals are involved in creating insecurity in Afghanistan?

The countries involved in the Afghanistan issue each have their own reasons based on their own interests, the most important of which are Pakistan, Iran, the (Arab) Gulf States, Russia, India, China and the United States.

-The Pakistanis, who currently view Afghanistan as their private entity, have used the insecurity in Afghanistan to gain concessions from the West and financial means, while excluding their longtime rival, India, from Afghanistan. The most important issue for Pakistanis is the Durand Line, and insecurity and instability under the Pakistani-influenced government in Afghanistan will keep this claim silent for a long time.

Control of Pashtunistan (Pashtunkhwah) tribal areas on the Afghan-Pakistani border is another Pakistani goal in terms of insecurity in Afghanistan. And indeed, the depth of Pakistan's strategic interests in Afghanistan for more than four decades is the lack of a strong and popular government in Afghanistan and the support of tribal sovereignty.

-The Islamic Republic of Iran has repeatedly stated that it has no higher interests than Iran's national interests, and according to Iran's foreign policy doctrine, the enemy of its enemy is its friend. The Iranians' belief in the Taliban can be interpreted in terms of their own interests, and ultimately insecurity in Afghanistan for Iran, if not in some way, at least to the detriment of Iran's international and regional rivals will not be without merit. The Afghan migrants, the Helmand River (giving water to Iran), its long border with Afghanistan, the market for Iranian products in the face of sanctions against Iran, are all important issues for Iran to decide for or against a stable neighbor versus a tense and insecure neighbor.

-The Arabs of the Persian Gulf, like the Saudis, the Emirati, and the Qataris, want to follow the dictates of the United States rather than think for their own interests, and turn a blind eye to the spread of Saudi Salafism and Wahhabism to counter the influence of Shiite Iran, which they have in Afghanistan.

-India is Pakistan's staunchest and traditional rival. Even if India has had positive influence in Afghanistan (before the takeover of Taliban), everything it did in Afghanistan, was to counter Pakistan's influence. But now it has lost interest in Afghanistan's stability after Pakistan's proxies/allies took over Afghanistan.

-Russia, as a powerful country and a member of regional states (of former Soviet Union), seeks to secure the borders of its Amu Darya friendly countries and will certainly prevent the USA and its allies from infiltrating them. In the current context, Russia's priority is calm and security in Afghanistan instead of insecurity.

-The defeated and wounded Americans, who are now embroiled in a proxy war in the two endurance states: as their first priority to challenge countries such as Iran and Russia to deprive them of intellectual and psychological comfort by bringing the Taliban to power. In another endurance, under the cover of ISIS, it has formed a project to additionally control the anti-Iranian Taliban, which is of particular importance to the US intelligence apparatus, and also a wake-up call for northern Afghan countries such as Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.

-China, Afghanistan's northeastern neighbor, is close to Russia and pursues most of its economic goals, despite eying development of its own Uyghur minority in the wake of Taliban takeover. The focus of the Taliban and religious and tribal extremists will not be in China's interest in the long run.

The Taliban have arrested a girl, who has accused one of its members of sexually assaulting her. They claim that she was paid to tell untruth about them.

Here some background story:

In the social media and on YouTube a video of a young woman was circulating. In that video the young woman said the following in Farsi, while her face was veiled: "The Taliban entered my home, while my brother was away. One of them wanted to rape me. After I resisted and didn't let him, they whipped me."

She then shows her wounds on her skin on that video.

The question is, if the Taliban were not involved in that crime, then how could they manage to find her that quickly?

The truth is, she was so brave to reveal that story. Numerous cases like this happen in Afghanistan against boys and girls by Taliban members, without any such crime getting revealed because the victims are threatened by the Taliban and the lives of the victims and their families are endangered. In this case the young lady was arrested.

The Taliban have begun their crimes agains Shia/Hazara in Afghanistan's capital Kabul:

Reuters writes:

Blast hits Shi'ite area of Afghan capital Kabul

Zabihullah Mujahid, the Taliban's main spokesman, said a fire had broken out in Dasht-e Barchi, killing at least one civilian and injuring two others. An investigation was underway, he said in a tweet.

Dasht-e Barchi is a Shia neighborhood of Kabul. Other media write of about 6 killed and several injured. Eye-witnesses said it was an explosion from a van, not a normal fire that broke out.

The Taliban lie about number of casualties and the background as always.

On another note, the Taliban have begun forced migration of people and destruction of 15 houses in Shia neighborhood in the West of Kabul.

Again the Taliban, an extremist group of notorious liars, denied those reports.

Kabul.jpg

The only reason the Taliban have not yet started these crimes in Herat, is because it is neighboring Iran and it will lead to a large-scale war, which the Taliban fear most. Remember last time, in 2001, it was a matter of weeks and months, in which Pashtun Taliban were forced back to the places to which they belong.

The English YouTube news/Islam channel "5Pillars" has published a video report on Shia in Afghanistan under Taliban rule. The speaker claims that compared to other places the Shia of Afghanistan seem to not be persecuted. He compares them to people in Iraq and Syria and claims that in those countries it is worse than in Afghanistan. He must be seeing it through his Westernized eyes or must have missed something or whatever because he is not conveying the suffering of Shia Afghans properly. And it is more than just Shia suffering, all Afghans are suffering because of extremist ideology of savage Taliban from Stone Age.

Here the video which was published five days ago:

Some comments from the comment section of that YouTube video (with the amount of likes in brackets):

"The Taliban should raise these shrines to the ground and stamp out this heresy. The rafidah are not your brother's they're deviant pagans" (5 likes so far)

"Unity is important but sorry the sect you belong to DOES matter. Qadianis/Ahmadis for example aren't one of us. If you don't insult our Sahaba (رضي الله عنه) and our Mother A'isha (رضي الله عنه) we have no problem uniting with you. If you dont collaborate with enemies against your people and homeland we have no problem with you. However, if you are willfully AND publicly sectarian then you are not one of us and you do not belong to the Ummah of Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم). Its as simple as that." (12 likes so far)

"Shia BROTHERS? Really?" (4 likes so far)

"Rafidha aren't Muslims. Tuliban allowing this garbage is shocking." (3 likes so far)

And these comments after just five days and less than 2k views.

Obviously the Afghanistan problem is an imported problem. Takfiris/Wahabis/extremists from Arab countries and those with extreme Sunni viewpoint are eager to massacre Afghans and Shia. Afghans at the moment are suffering from the global terrorist ideology most.

And it is more than just Shia suffering, all Afghans are suffering because of extremist ideology of savage Taliban from Stone Age.

It's either he is really stupid, or does not even live in Afghanistan or an non shia dressed as shia sheik to talk like that.

I've noticed as well, When Afghani civilians get killed, there is little or no condemnation by the arab people or communities yet they protest on about oppression in Palestine. Funnily enough, they don't do that to the people of Yemen. Even famous muslim celebrities/famous peoplen not even 1 ounce of condemnation. Not even a thank you to Iran for standing with Palestinians and speaking up against oppression towards them.

I am NOT generalizing all arab people, please I did not mean to offend. There is good and bad people in every race/culture/religion/sex. Look at the "president" of my country, what he did to the country.

I cannot understand the deep hate towards the Ahl-Bayt, Do they think Prophet (Peace be upon him) will be ok with that???

It seems to me like they have more respect towards the Sahaba and Aisha than they do towards Prophet (Peace be upon him) .

The comments do not surprise me. I once read a comment in regard to a school bombing in Afghanistan if I remember correctly, the comment said something like this:  That's good they deserve it because they send men to kill children in Syria, so they deserve it.

I was absolutely angered by that comment.

His name is Roshan M Salih and he obviously is neither Afghan, nor Shia, but part of the Taliban propaganda machine controlled by Arab Wahabis.

His Twitter account says: "Editor of British Muslim news site 5Pillars (http://5pillarsuk.com)."

Salih had arrived in Afghanistan on 8 November 2021  to report from different Afghan cities under Taliban rule.

Nonetheless, the reason why I shared this YouTube video was to show how such so-called reporters endanger Shia Muslim lives in Afghanistan from outside. Now the probability gets higher that terrorist groups and extremists outside of Afghanistan will know about that Shia mosque and will try to target it. Furthermore such people trivialize the extremist Taliban and make people believe that Shia live in peace inside of Afghanistan. He himself said that he could not find Shia Afghans who would talk to him openly. So how can he say that the situation in Afghanistan is better than in Iraq and Syria and that there is no sectarian violence against Shia to that extent?

The same YouTube channel called "5Pillars" has published a newer video with the title "Afghans in Jalalabad support the Taliban". How stupid can Muslims become and interview people in a dictatorship? I won’t post the link to it as I don’t want to promote such videos. I am wondering why that channel is not going to Daikundi and showing how Taliban grabbed land from Hazara and Hazara are still living on streets? Where are the protests?

The Taliban would be nothing without its backers. If the Shia and non-Pashtun Afghans had the same support from their brothers in faith and ethnicity as Pashtun Afghans have from their allies, Afghanistan would not be in this state today.

This talk of Afghanistan belonging to Pashtuns is not new. Where I live, I have information that a large part of Pashtuns claim that Afghanistan, the geographical borders of Afghanistan, belongs to Pashtuns only. I even have first-hand information about popular Pashtun ideology on their desire to kill or mistreat/abuse all the non-Pashtuns Afghans, so they either flee the country or get killed, until they have Afghanistan for themselves only. This comes from intellectual Pashtuns living abroad, in the West. It is not some savage Taliban Pashtun's idea.

Hence the Pashtun leaders Ashraf Ghani, Hamdullah Moheb, Zalmay Khalilzad all worked hand in hand to deliver Afghanistan to Pashtuns on a sliver plate. The Pashtun leaders couldn't keep non-Pashtuns out of political leadership in a secular government anymore, so they needed a religious Salafi group to do that job. That's why the Taliban is a Pashtun-only group, which you can recognize from their leadership, which consists of only Pashtun.

Why have the the USA installed Pashtuns as presidents of Afghanistan and not brought a rotating system where every ethnicity can be president in a period? Because the USA knew that all other options would endanger their status. And when they left Afghanistan the only option they wanted for the country was giving Afghanistan to Pashtuns.

The Pashtun Taliban mix Pashtunism with Salafism, because only through that they can have popular and military support from other Salafi countries. Here is what they say about Shia: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IxOt7Eme9m4

If Russia and Iran don't push back Pashtun Taliban from their borders, Taliban will weaken non-Pashtun Afghans and diminish their number in Afghanistan significantly. The next step will be handing it over to non-Taliban Pashtuns again. Afghanistan will be handed from one Pashtun leader to another Pashtun leader by the intellectual Pashtun leadership.

But here so far Afghan Shias have been treated as second or third class citizens in Iran, which is widely known and no secret. Here is how Afghans according to an Iranian Ayatollah Afghan and Pakistani Shia get worse treatment than Salafi Afghans and Pakistanis. The reason is fear that they have from Salafis. Watch for yourself:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qGcp2DPOJ5k&t=10s

Certainly Afghan Shias have not been treated as allies or as equals by Iran so far. Until Afghan Shia are not given the same treatment as Arab nations by Iranian government, there will be no progress for them and Pashtuns in Afghanistan and their masters carry out one plan after the other against non-Pashtun Afghans without anyone stopping them.

Currently I am following the British Islam channel 5Pillars on YouTube very closely. As written above, the channel's speaker and editor Roshan M Salih has travelled to Afghanistan and promotes the Taliban regime there.

I won't publish further links of his videos. But the scheme is always same. Roshan finds one or two Afghans(?) who speak fluently English and speak in favor of the Taliban terrorist regime. Roshan wants to show a representation of Afghans and that they largely support the Taliban terrorists, which is not the case at all. Thus you can't find find voices which are critical of the Taliban terrorists in his videos.

NATO foreign ministers to discuss lessons learned in Afghanistan: Stoltenberg

“And since /11, there has been no terrorist attack against our countries from Afghanistan.

“But we must recognize that over the years, the international community set a level of ambition that went well beyond the original aim of fighting terrorism.

“And on that, we were not able to deliver. Despite our sacrifice and considerable investment,” he said adding that he expects ministers to discuss this and to “identify the right lessons for our future management operations”.

US democracy a broken model that failed to fit Afghanistan: China

Quote

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Dmitry Peskov, Press Secretary for the President of Russia, said laddt week that Washington is “trying to privatize the term ‘democracy'” and insists that only the democracy which the US believes in is true democracy, Reuters reported.

He added that “prefers to create new dividing lines, to divide countries into those that — in their opinion — are good, and those that are bad”.

In response, Zhao said that Washington’s move of creating those dividing lines is simply distorting democracy.

“Mr. Peskov is right. Creating a dividing line of ‘democracy versus authoritarianism’ will only instigate ideological confrontation, which is completely distortion of and affront to democracy,” said .

“A latest report by the Pew Research Center showed that the vast majority of American people expressed deep disappointment about their country’s political system. The US so-called ‘beacon of democracy’ has long collapsed,” said Zhao.

He said that imposing the US democracy will only make others detour or lead them astray, Reuters reported.

However, the willingness of parents, teachers, and students to resist the unjustified restrictions indicates a change in Afghanistan over the past two decades.

According to the newspaper, this plan by teachers and families shows that there is strong opposition to the return of violent social laws that were applied in the past.

Update:

Today ia gathering of the leaders of Islamic countries has taken place in Islamabad, Pakistan:

As we all know most current leaders of Islamic countries are slaves of one or another power. As mentioned above Pakistan prime minister and its secret service is not interested in an independent Afghanistan. It is involved in one-sided support of Taliban, as it serves Pakistan's interest only.

On the other hand currently no other Afghan ethnic leader is involved in political talks.

But fortunately there is some unity among the opposing ethnic leaders, Uzbek, Tajik, Pashtun, Hazara, calling real Muslim countries and organizations not to invite Taliban:

"The Supreme Council of National Resistance of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has called on the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) not to invite the Taliban to its December 19 meeting in Islamabad.

The council issued a statement on December 17th 2021 saying it also supported the UN decision to reject the Taliban's request for representation and called on the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to reject the Taliban's application.

The members of the council called on the special meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Pakistan not to invite the Taliban to the meeting and to continue its full support for the people of Afghanistan.

"The Taliban's actions over the past four months are not Islamic in nature and are inconsistent with the OIC strategic goals adopted at the 2018 Istanbul Conference on combating sectarianism, racism and terrorism," the council said.

The Supreme Council of Resistance, made up of former government and jihadi leaders, has called on the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to approve the continuation of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan's representative in the organization and to put the necessary diplomatic pressure on establishing an inclusive Islamic government in Afghanistan.

The members of the council called on the members of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation not to leave the Afghan people alone in the coming winter and to distribute their humanitarian aid through reputable Islamic and international organizations in coordination with the village and district people's councils.

The council also called the ouster of former President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani irresponsible and said that he had auctioned off the achievements of 20 years at the hands of "terrorist groups".

According to the members of this council, Ashraf Ghani has sacrificed all his values overnight and the people of Afghanistan will never forgive him.

The members of the Supreme Council of National Resistance are Marshal Abdul Rashid Dostum, Atta Mohammad Noor, Abd al-Rasul Sayyaf, Mohammad Younis Qanuni, Mohammad Mohaqiq and Mohammad Hadi Arghandiwal.

The council announced its existence from an unknown address on the 30th of this year and explained its work plan in two parts."
