I understand how you feel. I am feeling frustrated and depressed too. I feel like I have no one to talk to about what I am going through. Its suppose to be Ramadan A blessing month, yet mentally I am struggling to cope with various issues. I hate myself, I tried to be on the right path do things Qada Prayers, Dua,, complete repentance etc. I even bought both Volumes of Mafatieh Al Jinnan but life gets better of me. I don't know how to cope. Religious Advice is good and commendable but ... but... I still fall back..

Yes Prays Dua etc. Sometimes you need to talk to directly face to face or online. Someone from the same age group that understand the pain going through.

Aside from Reading Dua and Prayers etc . . .

How about reading Novels or writing Novels (e.g. you being the hero), playing video games, exercising (goals such as getting fit or abs :P), Find somewhere quite away from everyone, meditate, I think meditation is good if we know how to do it.

I am meant to give you some good advice activities yet I am going through hell myself. I apologise If I was not helpful. I understand some people may laugh at my post or think its stupid but what I can say, I apologise to you too.

I been through that phase as well. Here is what I learned from the whole experience.

1.Try to find out the root cause of your worries.

2.Duas do help.

3.Try to make a connection with Allah.

4.Never give up hope.

5.Try to go out more and meet like minded people.

6.Finally remember hardships do come your way just try to think Allah is trying to test your faith so hang in there and you shall see the light through tawasul of Ahylul bayat (عليه السلام).
