I found the answer: No, you have to do the Sharia marriage.

Second question: What if it is a mixed couple? (Shia-Sunni) and they do their marriage in Sunni court where the Man and the woman’s father/guardian are the ones that do the Seegha? Is this allowed?

What if it is done in a Jafari court? Does the father/guardian have to be there or only the man and woman? Can the father/guardian sign a paper and not be there?

السلام عليكم

If two people get married in civil court instead of shari’ia court, will this be enough? Or do they have to do something extra?

Salam  they just need to recite Sharia formula in any place .

They can marry in any of them which only requires they just know that father/guardian of woman has agreed with it by any means.
