Question about an Arabic TV Channel

Salam.

I was watching some videos on youtube and I have come across this video:

I am not good at Arabic yet but it looks like a Tunusian, if I am not wrong, sunni-sufi Muslim scholar and a Syrian shiite Muslim scholar is on the show discussing a topic together in harmony.

I think such scholars are doing a great work in Syria. I mean after what the imported takfiri wahhabis (ISIS, NUSRA etc) did in Syria, alienating people away from Islam. These scholars talking about the true Muhammadan Islam is great.

So do you know who owns this channel? Is it stationed in Syria and are run by Syrians?

Salam. The "About" tab of the youtube channel says the location is Lebanon.
