Salam only American & British vaccines have been forbidden by Imam Khamenei but on the other hand he has allowed using Iranian homegrown vaccines or foreign vaccines which have been approved by Iranian scientists.

Salaams Diaz, your right, we can't know for sure, but do look into what sister Azadeh said about fasting. Have a look into detoxing but there is allot out there so you can take some time and see what is a good healthy way.

For those of us who live in America or Britain, such as myself, Imam Khamenei's position on the American and British vaccines precludes us from taking them. In America we don't have the option to take the Iranian homegrown vaccines or other foreign approved vaccines.

An easy way to do intermittent fasting is to start on an 18-6 schedule after Ramadan. Ramadan is coming up and if you eat between the hours of 2pm to 8pm each day only this will be a luxury after fasting all day for a month. Then you can continue with this for a few months. Otherwise, it can be hard to step into an 18-6 fasting schedule. An 18-6 schedule means you only eat during a 6 hour window each day. For most people this will give you 2 hours of autophagy per day because autophagy kicks in after not eating for 16 hours. You can still drink water and black coffee.

I have been doing IF before and it was really good, however when I started working and studying I stopped because I was always hungry and wanted to eat snacks between classes or meals.

Salaam, i had long covid for 2 years which is very similar to long vax. I used a combination of flccc protocol for long covid and went One Meal A Day(OMAD)...Im naturally an I.F.'r so going OMAD wasnt hard but i agree, if a person isnt used to it, they need to start slow. I also did a 3 day water fast but needed to use an electrolyte solution which tasted like sweat,, lol, to prevent headaches but long story short, i got over long covid.

There is definetly a benefit to fasting as sis azadeh mentioned and that is autophagy. It is a process that the body uses to eliminate misfolded proteins which can lead to serious illnesses, viral debri and other things that are not good for us. Unfortunately, the virus (and maybe the vx) hijack this process so its important to learn what we can do to make it work appropriately.

At the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, he said Iranians who live inside Iran should not take vaccines from the UK or USA. You understand that a country that has no relations with Iran and has sanctions against them could possibly give them tainted vaccines?

Salam anyway he has made this position about inside Iranian borders which he has not given a universal Fatwa which he has mentioned when their vaccines have been ineffective for their people so therefore it won't be effective for us too which  his position doesn't includes you which you must choose what is more beneficial or at least has lesser harm for you from available options for you .
