Islamic Pulse youtube channel taken down

It was taken down due to copyright issues I believe. Couldn't tell you for sure since any trace of it has been wiped but that's what I remember when I got the privilege of seeing the error message. How ridiculous, they were a light in a sea of darkness.

Regardless of what some people thought of their "political videos" there was also many good and spiritually uplifting videos on their channel (which were aimed for english speaking shias), one of them being about not holding grudges against oneself and the mercy of Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) as well as other very informational videos. Their own site is still working and you can still watch their videos as well as many more islamic videos on https://www.shiatv.net/.

I dont really think we should be using mainstream media to begin with (facebook, instagram, youtube, etc). If not even trump can be saved from the mainstream censoring then I do not have much hope for channels with Islamic content.

Not sure if they were banned or temporarily taken down due to copyright strikes, we will see.

I’m not liking the way social media sites are censoring content. Even the YouTube algorithm always favours mainstream media news results when you search for anything even slightly political, or even when you search for “Islam”. I had a playlist full of “conspiracy”-type videos which was collected from the pre-Corona times, and now most of the videos have been deleted. 

Lets pray we don’t drift into an Orwellian world where “you’ll own nothing, but you will be happy” (World 3conomic Forum).

i think for criticizing the lady of heaven movie, they had the most critical video yet, they're striking down any criticism, it also happened to the athiest republic channel, they got a strik for criticizing the movie, as did amir qureishi for linking the movie in the description, otherwise positive reactions remain on youtube. I may not agree with islamic pulse's attack on the movie, i stll believe in free speech and am not a fan of all of this censorship; to think that channels like david wood, apostate prophet and sunnah discourse can keep their vile channel while a shi'i channel can't is ufortunate

If I recall IP did have some (shadowbanned) videos on LGBT issues that would not really be accepted by the big tech status quo, it's just weird that they deleted the channel now and not then.

Suspicious is the fact that it happened after the 'Backfire on Shirazis'. Along with the millions of views on the trailer in just a few days. Along with those 15 million fund on thed movie that constantly rings on the mind

Not to mention a plethora of videos on youtube that insult The Holy Figures openly, promote terrorism and hate sentiments etc. But they all face nothing.

For the record, they created an entire series exposing feminism, LGBTQ, zionism, saudi arabia, US, Trump etc.

That makes them heavily anti-establishment but Youtube didn't do anything. Suddenly, something happened at this part. Also, completely genuine if the video would have been taken down because it included the scenes of the movie which had a copyright. 

But an entire channel, that seems strange.

Islamic Pulse isn't that great. I have just started to realise that some of their videos didn't do much good.

To claim there’s suspicions in the budget is frankly very offensive to the donators; those who have literally sold their land and gold to fund the movie, and those who put aside money that could’ve gone to their medical bills or children’s groceries. For the past 4 years and till this day the producers go live daily on their YouTube channel fadak tv at 4pm medina time for two hours to encourage people to donate, if you watch you would see for yourself the thousands they get donated daily, I myself perhaps donated more than I could afford and plan on donating more and they read my name on their list of donators every-time so these names aren’t random, and they’re still desperate for more donations, to suggest Britain and Israel is behind funding a movie on the life of fatimat al zahra (عليه السلام) is quiet immature and petty

Well, if that is the case then fine. 

I raised a suspicion and got my answer. Thankyou for clarifying.

As of the claims of there links to Britain and Israel. I posted something on SC but that was blocked immediately.

Last video was taken down for copyrights and I think it even happened before. That's how YouTube works. There isn't always a conspiracy theory.

Actively divided shi'as in many videos. Happened for good.
