I can't recall how long it's been since I stopped practicing, I did consider starting fresh this year, I just can't seem to get back to it. 

I wonder how long I'll feel like this.

l saw on DeutscheWelle today Senator Bernie Sanders making a presentation on the Floor of the Senate and the one poster he had on a display frame showed a $129 MiIIion  rebate for Amazon in this NDAA/Stimulus bill.

As we discussed previously, wasn't Amazon -which has had a tremendous increase in business because of lockdowns- one of those companies that didn't pay any taxes?

Searching: taxes Amazon paid 2019 l found this report in the header:

"After two straight years of paying $O in U.S. federal income tax, Amazon was on the hook for a $162 million bill in 2019, the company said in an SEC filing on Thursday. Of course, $162 million is still just a fraction of the $13.9 Billion in pre-tax income Amazon reported for 2019 --roughly 1.2% in fact.  04Feb2020

Grandpa Bernie is the only one looking out for the American people. The rest of congress should be fired. I don't know why these jerks keep getting reelected.

I planted 8 different varieties of lettuce in my greenhouse box on December 31. I've read conflicting information on whether it can grow or not in winter in my zone, but my stevia only just died (?) during the cold spell last week, and it's supposed to be tropical and even unable to withstand cool summer nights here. I'll report back on whether we get salads in 45-70 days, inshallah. 

In any event, I've got more seeds to plant in early spring if this experiment fails.

Have u heard that there is a confirmed video of him in Russia sitting around a table with another bunch of people all in the nude ? Looks like they were part of some sexual misdemeanours , we shouldn’t support these people you have no idea what they’re really up to

I've seen the video. Yes, Sanders, his wife, and some Russian folks appear to be drinking alcohol and singing an American song (if I remember correctly, "This Land is Your Land", by Woody Guthrie), but "sexual misdemeanors"? What in the world do you mean by that? They were not nude in the video I saw, but some of the men were shirtless. Maybe you've seen a different video from the one I've seen?

They were fully naked with the camera positioned right in front of sanders he had nothing on which was clear , he wasn’t facing camera face forward it was on his left side but clearly no clothes

I have definitely never seen that video! Aside from full nudity, what is occurring in the video? (To be honest, I'm skeptical of its existence.)

And that's the problem. In an actual functioning democracy, the government does not keep secrets from the people. (With minimal necessary exceptions during wartime.) Government "of the people, by the people, and for the people" won't work unless the people have access to all the necessary information to govern. Ours in the United States is not democracy, not even representative of the people in any way, and we need to fix that if we are to avoid a violent revolution.

Google can't find it, only the one I've already seen, which really isn't bad in any way, from a secular perspective, though the mixed company, alcohol, and shirtlessness might be off-putting to religious folks.

Again, that only refers to shirtless. I don't trust any politician, but there's no need for exaggeration. The young fellow was having a round of drinks with his comrades in the 80s - that doesn't change the fact that he's the only US Senator who gives the impression of caring about the American people.
