Salam they just show  respect toward them as direct  descendants  of prophet  Muhammad (pbu) but in other hand for them ,they are just great dead personalities.

Are there many narrations about them in your books?

Narrations would be of the Prophet (S).  He (S) is our role model (the ONLY one).  Nobody (no matter how much of a wali of God they may be) can be even compared to the Prophet (S).

having said that, the connection to the Prophet (S) through the Imams (عليه السلام)  is of a living nature.  It is not a lifeless tradition passed from generation to generation. No.  It is very much alive in the sense that their grace is channelled through other major Awliyah of God (like Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani (qs)) and their grace is channeled by Awliyah of today (many of whom are hidden).

I'm sorry but please do correct me if I'm wrong, aren't you an atheist?

I don’t like labels.  Even the label of “Atheist.”  But unfortunately Shiachat compels is to choose a religion!  Or maybe it was at the time.  In any case.  I don’t like such labels.

:hahaha:

You don't like it but you label yourself. Shiachat never compels you to change your occupation or belief or religion or ideology.

I personally don't like this. Be who you are, you don't need to label yourself as sunni or atheist or humanist etc.

قل (Say) you are a Shia of Ali ibn Abi Talib (عليه السلام) with confidence.

very very strange, InshAllah they have enough "respect" to rebuild Al Baqi'

Strange? I really do wonder if shias are being taught truth or lies?

Respect doesn’t mean lying about divinity when the imams themselves never mentioned such a thing (unless you have authentic proof)

Someone really does need to STUDY more instead of being a sheep.

I am a Sunni and I love and respect the 12 Imams.

I am not saying ur a liar, this is to most Sunnis.

Most Sunnis say they love Ahlulbayt, Here are some examples that this is just by tongue and not heart.

1. They love the people who killed Ahlulbayt

2. (Main one) When they praise the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)  they don't say 'And his Family', if they do include the Family they include the Sahaba.

3. Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) ordered us to praise Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) in 33:56, the Sahaba asked how to do so. He (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) answered,

قُولُوا اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ، وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

https://sunnah.com/bukhari/80/54

4. Sunni scholars like Bukhari and Al Hakim when mention Ali, Hasan, or Husayn they say peace be upon him/عليه السلام. When they mention Fatima they say عليها السلام/peace be upon her. The rest just say May Allah be pleased with them. Its obvious why, They don't want to make a difference between them and the sahaba.

Habibi, when you actually start praising Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) correctly, it won't be strange anymore.

Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) ordered us to do so and you don't do it at all.

We never said the Imams are divine, you need to study or be quiet and stop being a Sheep.
