Salams,

https://www.al-islam.org/then-i-was-guided-muhammad-al-tijani-al-samawi. I haven't finished reading it just yet, almost done but from what I've read so far, this book is amazing. It's an autobiography of Muhammed al-Tijani and the journey to become shia. I highly suggest reading this.

Books by Shaheed Ayatollah Baqir ul Sadr, Shaheed Mortaza Motahari, Ayatollah Abul Qasim al Khoi, Ayatollah Khomeini, Sayyid Saeed Akhtar Rizvi, and Sayyid Muhammad Rizvi

You can just search up their names on google with "al islam" beside it

Forgot to add: Ayatollah Muhammad Husain Tabatabi

Lol there's just so many great books on there. Also, al-islam.org has a lot of translated hadith collections too which you might wanna check out.

I'd focus on theology/aqeedah/beliefs type books first and maybe some spirituality/akhlaq (forty hadith by Khomeini is great for this, also adab as salat another great one).

Hmm start with Risalat al Huquq because it’s short and it’ll motivate you, then move onto the Usul ad Deen (Maybe Principles of Faith by Vahid Khorasani and finally move onto the Seerah of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and aimmah ((عليه السلام)) (there are a number of biographies on there)

Salamu alaikum

A MUST READ is "Then I was Guided" by Dr. Muhammad al-Tijani al-Samawi. Short and easy book, and please pass it on to anyone who might need it
