Salam,

I have couple of questions I can seem to dind the answer to:

While on the menstrual cycle (haidh) does everything i touch with wet hands became najis?

When in the state of jannaba if I wash my hand,  if I touch things with these wet hands do they become najis?

How so I clean my hands after touching an iteams that ia najis and wet?

With jannaba, it is best to quickly do ghusul in order not to be in a state of impurity.  If you are not able to at the moment, make sure you are in wuduthu if you need to eat, drink, or work.

It is highly discouraged to be in jannaba for a long period of time.

When you are junub you do not make anything impure by merely touching something with your body.

Why would you want to perform wudhu when junub? It is practically useless when junub especially for things that it is not required for like eating or drinking.
