Najis

Salam everyone, 

Just had a couple questions just can't seem to find the answer to:

1) While on the menstrual cycle (haidh) does everything i touch with wet hands became najis?

2) When in the state of jannaba if I wash my hand,  if I touch things with these wet hands do they become najis?

3)How so I clean my hands after touching an iteams that ia najis and wet?
