I have a few fiqhi issues relating to medicine studies

1) As a doctor youll be asked to give prescriptions, unfortunately a lot of prescriptions may have animal products, for example gelatine capsules, even administrating it to a non Muslim is wrong so what do we do about this?

2) Am I allowed to treat female patients if I can guarantee no fitnah? Obviously they’ll most like be treating by a female doctor originally but if it’s urgent would I be allowed to?

3)Sometimes you may come in contact with people who drinks etc so if you do what do you do?

thank you
