Calling roohs

in islam is it possible to roohs of dead people beacuse ullamas have stated they tried to call roohs but 2 ullamas never came because they were gatekeepers of imam ali shaykh tusi, bahr ul uloom so can you call roohs and how

The lecture describes the event attributed to some scholar who was student of Sheikh Bahai who called the Ruh of Sheikh Bahai. This refers to the Zikr that should be recited for 10 days after the fajar Prayer and just after the Tasbeeh. This should be started on Friday and end on Sunday after 10 days. This zikr is attributed to Sheikh Bahai. The words are mentioned below:

بسم اللہ ا لر حمن الر حیم،   یا مفتح الابواب ، یا مقلب القلوب ا الا بصار، و یا دلیل المتحیرین، و یا غیاث  المستغثین،  توکلت علیک یا رب، وقض حا جتی، وقف مھمی، و لا حول ولا قوۃ

الا باللہ العلی العظیم، و صلی اللہ علی محمد و آلہ اجمعین،

I have mentioned the words as closely as possible derived from the lecture for sake of information. However, Its authenticity may be verified by some knowledgeable members at SC.
