He held the Felix Frankfurter professorship there from 1993[4] until his retirement in December 2013.[5] Dershowitz is a regular media contributor, political commentator, and legal analyst. He is also a prominent voice on the Arab–Israeli conflict and has written several books on the subject.

Dershowitz has been involved in several high-profile legal cases, including as a member of the defense team for the impeachment trial of Donald Trump.

Siri, pull up "early life of Alan Dershowitz"

"Sure!

Dershowitz was born in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, on September 1, 1938, the son of Claire (née Ringel) and Harry Dershowitz,[11] an Orthodox Jewish couple. He was raised in Borough Park.[12] His father was a founder and president of the Young Israel Synagogue in the 1960s, served on the board of directors of the Etz Chaim School in Borough Park, and in retirement was co-owner of the Manhattan-based Merit Sales Company."

Almost every time....

I’m curious. Any idea to counter the comment below?

I will not be vaccinated. This lawyer can go to hell. I think he forgot to say Hail Hitler. Lunatic Alan Dershowitz said “you have no right to not be vaccinated.” The logic doesn’t make sense. He says you have no right to endanger other people. But if you let everyone make their own choice to be vaccinated or not, everyone takes their own risks. Who’s life would my non-vaccination threaten? Those who also choose not to get vaccinated? That was their choice. If the vaccines work, my non-vaccination won’t threaten anyone who chooses to get vaccinated. The logic of his argument doesn’t make sense. Everyone should be free to make their own choices and take their own risks. My body, my choice. The government has no constitutional authority to force chemicals into the bodies of all their subjects. I’d rather have the virus than the vaccine. I will not be taking the risk of an experimental vaccine with unknown side effects. Vaccines have a history of causing infertility, cancers, and death. Vaccines have killed people. You have the right to self-defense and to protect that of your family.

Vilifying people who don’t vaccinate doesn’t help the situation, says Joshua Greenberg, director of the School of Journalism and Communication at Carleton University and a researcher in this field. Nor does acting like they’re dumb or misinformed. “One of the misperceptions is that people don’t get their kids immunized because they simply don’t understand,” he says. But people who don’t vaccinate are often more educated than the general public, and better off as well.

I am against forced vaccination, not for it. I created this thread to show the shiachat users the future we are heading into. Our rights are being taken away from us. Forced medication is already here. Only some few steps more and full on forced vaccination program will take place, or jail sentence.

I know :-)

just asking, if you happen to know any sensible counter argument to it.

My second and third post aren’t meant for you.

i’m truly sorry for this misunderstanding.

No doubt a jail sentence is not something to crave for.

More gloomy picture is around the corner if the theory below bears some truth.

This article is about something else: how the planners are shaping their scheme for injecting a COVID vaccine into the bodies of the global population. The planners aren’t completely stupid, you know. They understand there will be problems. They understand many people will say NO.

Think of their scheme as an intelligence-agency operation. Their architects engage in many discussions; they lay out predictions; they consider options.

I am glad the this kind of warning is in the minds of some on Shia Chat.  There are even religious reasons to be against a forced vaccination...

I have never in my life seen any muslim community or country say a word about vaccines. It seems like they are the ones first on line to get them.

In the west there are many different communities that question it. I have not heard this happening by the muslim communities. It's very sad.

Could you elaborate on this. Is it possible that you are talking about the animal and human cells?

I think he’s pushing the theory of herd immunity where after, say 95% of the population has been immunized (naturally or thru vaccination), the chances of an epidemic is nil.

However, according the article below this theory is flawed.

https://thehill.com/blogs/congress-blog/healthcare/295562-if-only-half-of-america-is-properly-vaccinated-where-are-the

The herd immunity argument has always been inconsistent. On the one hand, the theory goes, people who cannot receive vaccines for whatever reason are protected from the disease through a high level of vaccination in the rest of society. On the other hand, the theory continues, parents who don’t vaccinate their children put the health of wider society at risk. How can a handful of people not getting vaccinated be protected from getting sick, while at the same time being so disease-ridden that they make others sick? This doesn’t make sense.

.

.

Vaccines may have a place in our medical arsenal, but they are not the silver bullet they’re portrayed to be. Year after year the pharmaceutical industry, looking for lucrative new profit centers, churns out new vaccines. They use pseudo-science to convince the public that these products are safe and effective, and they use public shaming to convince the citizenry that non-compliance is a public health threat. This entire racket completely falls apart with a close examination of the herd immunity myth. Until we are honest in our assessment of both the safety and efficacy of vaccines, kids will continue to be hurt, rights will continue to be trampled, and mythology will continue to trump science.

ln the 60s and 70s the complaint about influences generating a mind-control effects was encapsulated in the bandied words "madison Avenue" -which did a lot of advertizing in America.

And there a lot of psych studies.

Then the self-censorship generated by the Snowden Revelations, leading to people to use words and phrases in more politically correct more often -which creates an mind-altering 'drum beat' of propaganda.

So this has already occured, but in ways BBC journalist Orwell could not have imagined, constrained by socio-political conceptualizations of the socialist threats of the 30s and 40s.

Which conspiracy theory?

Vero cell, wi-38, mrc 5, are just some of the few animal and human cells being used in the vaccines.

Durability of covid-19’s vaccine, is predicted by Dr Fauci to be 3 to 6 months to always less than a year.

If such is the case, IMO mRNA Antibody Therapy, in the vein of mRNA-1944 which will turn the body into an antibody factory is more appropriate than the like of mRNA-1273 which will turn the body into an antigen factory. But of course this will mean less tons of money to the vaccine manufacturer, going by the current 6.692,686 covid-19 infections.

https://www.cnbc.com/2020/06/02/dr-anthony-fauci-says-theres-a-chance-coronavirus-vaccine-may-not-provide-immunity-for-very-long.html

If Covid-19 acts like other coronaviruses, “it likely isn’t going to be a long duration of immunity,” Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said during an interview Tuesday evening with JAMA Editor Howard Bauchner.

“When you look at the history of coronaviruses, the common coronaviruses that cause the common cold, the reports in the literature are that the durability of immunity that’s protective ranges from three to six months to almost always less than a year,” he said. “That’s not a lot of durability and protection.”

I got all the vaccines I'm going to get when I was a kid & I'm not getting anymore. I have never gotten a flu shot and I never will, because what's the point? You still get sick for like 4-5 days & I'm pretty sure I already got coronavirus back in November because I was laid out on my butt for two weeks and the doctors didn't know what the heck it was that I had. They wanted to run tests, I told them that was a great idea... if they were running them for free.

Then I left the clinic, went home, and laid in bed for a few more days until my fever broke. Went back to work a few days later.

There is the statistical claim floating around showing that people who were given flu shots have a multiply higher chance of getting COVID. I wouldn't be surprised if the evil corporations actually put poison in there. There is also the claim that people who get flu shots are more likely to get the flu.
