 Alhamdulillah!

Dear brother, I think you cannot imagine how many reading this will envy you for the phase you are going through right now. :)

We 'everyday Muslims' are so much trapped in our adoration routine, some of that fresh air sounds like what we all crave for. At least that's what I feel.

:) I don't want them to envy me, because in a sense, I long to be like those who can make a perfect prayer & recite a surah during prayer without having to look off a sheet (I've only been doing this for three, four days tops).

It has been the definition of "fresh air" for me, this is what I have been seeking after for years now, but my walk on the path has only just begun and it's exciting for me even if my family and friends are not really going to understand (Insha'Allah they will see when my behavior & speech have fully changed and think "Wow, he's serious about this! What could it be that changed him for the better?" and they will begin to seek Islam themselves).

It's going to be a learning process and that will require dedicated practice, but I have faith that Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) loves me  (beyond) how a perfect father would & that so long as he wills it, I'll improve in offering prayers and eventually learn how to offer dua, perform dhikr, and that he will draw me closer to him each day.
