Specifically what sexual activity is and is not allowed during fasting?

This is the first Ramadan I will fast when married. I understand that I can not have sex with my wife during the fast. However I have some questions:

Does no sex during the fast mean no penetration or no ejaculation?

Can we touch each other's genitals? If no, do you mean to the point of ejaculation or literally no touching at all?

Neither are permissible during fasting. Both these acts require one to perform ghusl. 

Outside of these two points I am not aware of other restrictions. When in doubt it's best to be safe. 

Keep in mind that these restrictions apply during the fast and not in between maghrib and fajr. However, one cannot remain in janabah once the fast starts again after fajr so ghusl must also be performed within the maghrib-fajr time frame when applicable.

Sexual intercourse and ejaculation is impermissible. Everything else is permissible.

Permissible but disliked. It is makrooh to engage in sexual acts other than intercourse during fasting.
