Does listening to music and dancing break your fast?

Hello. So I am currently making up for my fasts from last year, and I have been listening to music and dancing (they’re tiktok dances. For anyone who has tiktok they would know that the dances are extremely addictive.) I am wondering if you they break your fast and you have to do them again, or it just takes the reward away?

A Shia pov please.

Hahaha.

Fasting disciplines the body, focuses the mind, so that you may nourish your soul.

Do your best and be honest with yourself and may Allah accept your fasting and increase your rewards.

Salam
