Kazempour Ardebili was appointed as Iran’s representative to OPEC in 1995 and served for 13 years.

He once again became Iran’s governor to OPEC in 2013 and had held the post until he passed away.

May be it's just me, but I'd say that the smaller the weapon being carried the more likely the individual actually served in a serious unit:

Well, for one thing, Elmer Fudd's firearm is more shotgun than rifle.

Gawd, l do despise do-gooders.

Now look at the substitutes: knives and TNT. You know, knives in the kitchens nearly all children have access to.

Abasa(He frowned) 80

who frowned? him(s) or him or...... you & i? it's pointless to bring out books, references, arguments arguing & pointing fingers as to who frowned whilst frowning. The point is not who frowned but are you the one frowning?

He's a good young man, but he's a complainer. My second oldest son has decreed that my oldest son is an "honorary boomer" because of his resistance to change and vocal complaining.

(If you want, you can take it as a compliment - I said you sound like a twenty-year-old.)

Change isn't necessarily a good thing. Your oldest son sounds like he's got a good head on his shoulders.

I'm 34 and absolutely hate the change I'm seeing, but I feel like I am partially to blame for it because I was big on undermining the church and promoting the Hollyweird (non)values as a teen. Boy, do I regret that now.

salam alykum wrwb,

@notme, i was asking because i wanted to understand first if he was born Muslim, then to get to the point of manifestation. Like, Allah(سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) manifests Himself(سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) then worship becomes obligatory after His(سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) manifestation. With born Muslims, are they worshipping Allah(سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) out of other than the obligatory?

l have the AM news on. The local stuff.

And what does it do to disturb my morning?

A local band.

While l get the TV muted, l see:

Long haired, dopey dame, slowly weaving in place.

Some dirty lookin' guy, stick-tapping on a drum set.

Couple of whatevers, stringing their guitars.

l thought: what a way to waste your life.

If there's one thing good about Covid-19, it's wearing the mask. My days at work are so much easier without my co-workers staring at me and me controlling my expressions constantly.  I always had to give more attention to my expressions than the work I was doing. I am thinking that for future jobs, I will ask about wearing a mask before accepting any offer. What reason should I use?

1. My religion requires me to cover my face.

2. I have social anxiety.

3. Covid-19.

I am thinking about future when I won't be able to use Covid-19 as an excuse. Which of the above reasons is least objectionable for employers?

P.S. I am getting annoyed by people complaining about masks. Why don't they ever feel the need to hide their expressions?

It's because some complain not being able to breathe. I don't know what kind of people you been hanging around, but I can imagine people complaining not being able to express themselves as very shallow. Then again, some people have genuine anxiety or fear towards masks. However, I don't see the point in being annoyed about people complaining, it's out of our control anyway.

I read an article about how you cannot communicate without seeing someone's face. It said we get most of communication from non-verbal cues like face expressions. That's why people prefer face shields, because then at least you can see other people's faces. I think that my face expressions only cause misunderstanding. People are constantly staring at me and judging me.

I get annoyed by people complaining because I start thinking if people will complain, then they might remove the requirement of face covering and for the 1st time in my life, I am actually able to communicate at work because of masks.

If you show up for the interview in niqab, you won't have to explain anything. It will just be how they are used to seeing you. I don't advise lying. I would suggest if you do this and anyone asks, just say "I find it more comfortable."

But have you looked into telework? I haven't find any that matches my expertise, but I like the idea and it might work for you, if any is available to you.

every time I try to find a work from home job, it turns out to be some sort of a scheme that involves me paying them to "start", so I never go forward with it because
I'm literally flat broke & don't have even $5 to my name now that I've lost my job due to COVID-19.

It seems like more and more "jobs" are schemes these days meant to take advantage of people who are trying to find legitimate work

I have looked at so many websites, transcription work, proofreading. But I think they are for people living overseas because their hourly pay turns out to be very little. I have even thought about insta cart, food delivery or grocery shopping but I heard that they benefit those people who can do the job at fastest speed. If you can get to people's houses through shortcuts or know which items can be found in which stores, only then you can be successful at your job.
