I need to know which duas to recite for protection against those who are trying to undermine and sabotage my work and efforts, please help

Assalamu alaikum 

Read Ziyarat Ashura daily followed by Dua Safwan/Alqamah. That should already be sufficient, otherwise read Dua Sabasab too. Dua Sanamay Quraish also daily. And I can strongly recommend reciting the recommended Tasbihat for Fajr and Maghrib regularly, the short and basic Dhikr like La ilaha illa Allah as much as possible, Tasbihat Arba' likewise and so on. And : Recite Nade Aliyyan !

U can copy it on paper then clamp or write it by yourself written with saffron .

This du'a is narrated on the authority of Imam Musa al-Kazim, peace he upon him, and it is said that it is a very effective supplication, having all the merits of al Jawshan al Kabir." Sayyid ibn Tawus in his book Muhaj al dawat have narrated that Imam Kazim ((عليه السلام).) used to recite this dua when he knew that the Abbaside caliph was planning to kill him"

Take the recommendations of others but honestly, just you do you with good intentions and Allah's got your back. You will be fine just don’t get hung up on the issue too much ain't nothing anyone can do to you.

Salam, duas and good intention will protect works and efforts.  

Better still, dedicate your works and efforts with the intention to assist for the return of Imam Zaman (عليه السلام) and not personal.

Sufficient is Allah(سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) & He's an excellent protector.

Things are meant to happen in your life & Allah(سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) doesn't burden you with a load you aren't capable of bearing.
