Salam I think Prophets & our Imams are in paradise because they don't need to be judged & people like as Muawiah (la) & Yazeed (la) are in hell but will back from hell to see happiness of Shias & our Imams that it will be harder more  than hell for them.

Salam.

According to some Quranic verses, the answer MIGHT be yes. Take a look:

chapter 102, verses 5-7

كَلاَّ لَوْ تَعْلَمُونَ عِلْمَ الْيَقينِ لَتَرَوُنَّ الْجَحيمَ ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّها عَيْنَ الْيَقينِ

It says that with some certain level of faith, we can see the hell right now, which means it is here. of course, you may say that the hell is here, but empty. But if you add some other verses about people being punished in the hell and then notice that the hell these verses are talking about is not at the day of Judgment, you can guess that some levels of the hell are already occupied by hell dwellers.

chapter 7, verses 37 and 38

so, when these infidels die, they go to hell and join previous people who has entered it and talk with and curse each others. Of course, you can say these two verses might be about the day of judgment, but it is not what is apparent from them by the first look, since it says after they die they enter it.

chapter 40, verse 46:

it says that the followers of Pharaoh are exposed to the fire every morning and evening and in the day of judgment they enter it. We know day and night are for this world, so they are exposed to the fire of the hell in this world.

There are some other verses which you can add...but at the end of the day, the max you can say is that some levels of the hell are already here and people are there.

Paradise and Hell are already created. But no one have yet entered there, because these places will be filled after the reckoning.

Ageing talking about the Day of Judgement.

This is not the same fire or location that is after Day of Judgment. It does not even say that they will enter same current place after Day of Judgment.

As I said, this can be claimed, but this is against the apparent meaning of the verse itself, since it says they enter it after death. And, it seems that those previous groups of people were there before this one. But nowhere in the Qur'an it is mentioned that people enter the hell or the heaven by any order in the day of the Judgment

how do we know it? and why should we make two different Hells or heavens? Yes, according to some hadiths, they are exposed to the hell in their graves...but that is some kind of hell itself, no?

Anyway, as I said, it MIGHT be claimed that SOME levels of The Hell or The heaven is occupied now. We know those who have been killed in the battlefields etc are being blessed عند الله...so?

Wa Aleikum Salaam,

I think the OP is asking about if there are people already in The Jannah or The Jahannam, the final resident we will stay. When you read these verses you will understand that we are talking about these final places:

On the Day We will say to Hell, "Have you been filled?" and it will say, "Are there some more,"
And Paradise will be brought near to the righteous, not far,
[It will be said], "This is what you were promised - for every returner [to Allah ] and keeper [of His covenant]

...
Enter it in peace. This is the Day of Eternity."

what if we say, some people are in the hell or the heaven while they are not aware of it? Like someone who is hurting himself with a knife while his body is under some sort of anesthesia? so, what happens in the day of Judgment is not entering it, but realizing where we are. Look at this:

Chapter 50, verse 22

You were certainly ignorant of this, and We have removed from you your veil, so your sight, this Day, is sharp.

It comes right after describing the day of Judgment and how people are lead here and there. In this context, it says "you were ignorant before and now you can see, because you have no veil over your eyes" which means all these things were present before...not only The Hell or Paradise, but all other things, only ignorance and veils over eyes prevent people from realizing it.

and again, please look at this verse:

chapter 3, verses 169 - 170:

And never think of those who have been killed in the cause of Allah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision,Rejoicing in what Allah has bestowed upon them of His bounty, and they receive good tidings about those after them who have not yet joined them - that there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve.

So, they are with Allah... if being with Allah and enjoying His blessings is not the Heaven, then what is ?

I agree that generally our holy scriptures, whether the Holy Qur'an or Hadiths, describe a world after this one and talk about the day of Judgment and Hell and Paradise as things which come after this world and they are not interacted with right now...but I guess this apparent understanding, while practically beneficial for most of us and yet true in some sense, can be changed into a deeper version?

OK, I have said all I had to say. I hope my answers haven't bothered you brother.

Alhamdulilah,

In short, First there is the grave paradise and Grave hell which are not the same as hereafter Hell and paradise. This is where souls are placed temporarily until the actual day of judgment. The paradise of the grave and Hell of the grave are indicators where most souls will end up. So the disbelievers in hell of the grave will dislike the approaching great event because they know their conditions will worsen to be in the actual hell of the hereafter. The believers will know their place in grave paradise and will happily ask Allah to speed up the day of judgement because they are enjoying grave paradise and they know it will get even better on judgement day to enter hereafter paradise.

On judgement day is when souls will enter the actual hell and paradise.  No regular souls outside of Prophets have seen actual hell and heaven yet. We do know that there are inhabitants of Heaven such as Angels and Hoories. There are Angels who are constructing buildings for believers as we speak. These angels pray for the believers and construct buildings for the believers based on actions of the believers.

May Allah have mercy on the believing men and believing women.

I am actually not an expert of afterlife at all. So where are deaf people now if they are neither in heaven or in hell actually ?

Alhamdulilah,

There are certain groups of people who will not experience actual reward or punishment. They are placed in a sleep to rise on the day of the great event. I believe it’s 7 groups. These groups are for mentally ill etc. Muslims get to enjoy the rewards of the grave except those that need to be purified of sins through Hell in the grave for a period of time.

Are there any people there right now?(humans),I don't know about other beings but can someone enter heaven or hell before the judgement day?

As others have noted, it's accepted that the two final destinations are only reached after judgement day.

The stage after death is called The world of Barzakh'

عالم البرزخ

Which is a transit stage and can be both a happy place or not so happy depending on how one did on his test!

Alhamdulilah,

https://www.al-Islam.org/barzakh-purgatory-ayatullah-Sayyid-abdul-husayn-dastghaib-shirazi/reward-and-punishment-barzakh

Above  is section which may explain some of the bounties of the Bazarkh. From my understanding the bounties range from varieties of food delights and homes to being in the company of relatives and friends and even being able to see the good times of family members who are still in the existing world that you left.

There is also a Hadith about a group of Sahaba Muslims who came in contact with a man who was deceased and was living In a mansion with lush gardens. This man explained to the men the deeds he had done to receive such bounties in his grave.
