Farewell

Assalam alaikum,

I have taken the decision to leave ShiaChat, I have mostly enjoyed my time here and despite coming from a different walk of life have felt welcomed and supported by many of you.

I have learnt a lot since joining, about your beliefs, and in a way about mine too. 

I've just hit a dark point in my life where mentally I don't know how much diesel is left in the tank anymore. It leaves me not knowing what more I can say or do, when cracks appear I try to fix them and when I fix them more appear.

Please don't feel the need to write any responses, but if you want to say takbir or send salawat on the Prophet and his family that'll be nice.

Don't be depressed; Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) can guide you out of that darkness: 

"...Allah guides him who will follow His pleasure into the ways of safety and brings them out of utter darkness into light by His will and guides them to the right path." [Holy Qur'an 5:16]

Just a question brother (if you don’t want to answer that’s alright), why the need to delete your account? Why not just quit irl or not be active and if in a few years you want to come back we’ll know it’s Brother aaaz?
