It better not to fast & even you fast ,you must break it before maghrib

To clarify the matter, let us call it not fasting but refraining from eating until late afternoon. To break a fast before maghrib can sound confusing.

To the OP think of it like when during eid, you are told to "fast" until after salat al eid. Or refrain from eating until after salah. It is haraam to fast like normal sawm on eid day.

So on Eid al fitr you do not gave to eat three dates before go to the Eid prayer?

Or eat something at lest before going out for Eid prayer.So before the two Eid is better or we have not to eat till after Eid salah?

That is for eid al fitr. Eid al adha is the opposite, it is preferable to eat after salah.
