1. Does Shaitan and/or evil jinn know what we are doing? How often are they around?

2 Does saying "a'udhu billahi min ash shaytani rajim" remove the evil jinn from our vicinity? Similarly, does the start of Salah or even Adhan or even Wudu remove them from our vicinity?

3. Sometimes, one gets random waswas of Shirk that goes against everything you believe logically and spiritually, yet for some reason you still entertain the possibility of it's truth (astaghfirullah), and then these thoughts linger... how do you ignore these thoughts, because they can be VERY bothersome.

لو لا أن الشياطين يحومون على قلوب بني آدم لنظروا إلى ملكوت السماء

Interesting. Do you have some examples from your self?

If I have one negative thought (in passing) about something related to beliefs, then it ruins my perception of that thing (I am bad at rejecting thoughts that come to my head), so then when I am reciting supplications, I feel like a hypocrite, and then this feeling unfortunately spirals and strengthens from there on.

Oftentimes, though I don't like to admit it, I am someone who is easily manipulated. I am too serious, and I even give thoughts too much power.

Wasalam.
