This 15 minute HIIT workout is a killer

Salam alaikum everyone,

 

I just thought of sharing this video for anyone who wants to stay fit/in shape, wants to lose weight, or even build up some muscle and increase strength. I love these workout videos because they even show you how much calories you're meant to be burning, which obivously differs from person to person. 

 

The benefits of doing HIIT workout is that not only it boosts your metabolism, but after you finish the workout your body still tends to burn calories. Even if its only for 15 minutes it is still really effective. Back then I would do 30 minutes, however due to uni I decided to do less. 

This HIIT workout will leave you in buckets of sweat at the end.
