Hijri Calendar, Gregorian Calendar Confusion

Salam.

Every year there is confusion around the Muslim world, whether Ramadan starts today or tomorrow, whether it's eid today or tomorrow.

Some ayatullahs say different, some say it's today other say it's tomorrow. I guess it has to do with how they do the moon sighting, with visible eye or telescope.

Then we also have countries saying different, some countries say it's was yesterday or today or tomorrow.

Every year this makes me confused, because some of the dates are really important for us.

Anyways, so according to this site https://www.timeanddate.com/moon/Canada/toronto?month=8&year=2019 eid ghadir is on 17 aug in Canada for example, since moon sighting was on 31 july. But according to other sites eid ghadir is 19 aug or 20 aug. So which one do I follow?

I first check with Imam-us, and then my local mosque.

It is tomorrow, the 20th.
