anyone who make such claims and is not dead suprises me. Considering that these shaytans have our Imam and his allies as their most wanted.

Yes, for his deviant beliefs, he is considered out of the fold of this belief.

Yes, they believe that he is his son and at the same time, they believe that he’s Yemenite, even though he was born in Basra. (Very contradictory beliefs).

And his signature has the Star of David.

Salam as I know currently only @aaljibar supports this idea that based on various narrations from Imam Sadiq (عليه السلام) & Imam Mahdi (aj) such people like as "Ahmad al Hasan " are liars & all Shia marjas rejected his belief also based on evidences he was a Baathi informer that cause martyrdom of Ayatollah Baqir Sadr (رضي الله عنه) as agenda of Saddam (la) for destroying Shia Islam that after his fall yhis person joined to anti Shia groups that are supporting by Israel & United States & KSA & made this claim .

Thank you to everyone who's replied so far! Funny it seems everyone is more well-versed in this topic than I realized - I have gone through some threads here regarding this movement (if that's even the correct description). Noticed it does seem to be gaining followers, at least in US/Canada.

From what I understand he initially tried to gain the support of the majority of Shia marja in Iraq in the beginning ('99-'03). Now cites various narrations to say that all the ulema will oppose the Mahdi? Also, at least his European branch office calls not only to beleif in reincarnation, but also that the Kaaba and therefore qibla is Petra, Jordan...
