I wanted to ask when a shaheed dies we say he is not dead but alive as according to the Qur'an but how ? Like death is end to life and yet not dead ??

No, not like that, When people used to die in the way of Allah (عزّ وجلّ). People in old times used to say he is died, like he is finished, gone forever. Allah (عزّ وجلّ) said: "They may be dead to you but Allah (عزّ وجلّ) has rewards for them and they are living  in other world and enjoy food as well".

In Qur'an, there are various verses, where death of unbelievers is mentioned. In such verses, Allah says: "When angels come to them and chastise them at death and ask them why they unbelieved, they say they were forced to, so angels ask them if that was the case why didn't you go to safer place".

When Allah (عزّ وجلّ) means dead, he means He (عزّ وجلّ) would not listen to them forever and hence, they should consider themselves as nothing.

They are alive, even the people who are dead as unbelievers. Once Prophet (PBUHHP) while watching at the head of Abu Lahab: "O! Abu Lahab, would not it have been good for you, if you had accepted Islam"? So, a person whose name I forgot said: "Does he listen Ya! Rasolallah (SAAWW)". Prophet (PBUHHP) said: "he is listening even louder than you".

Then why we say they are dead ?

If Allah said that martyrs die then it might discourage people from standing up for Islam and defending the Muslim people. Perhaps people thought that some ways of leaving this world were avoidable, that you should choose to save yourself instead of find yourself in a situation where you face persecution. I'm just guessing based on how people sometimes think, I could be way off the mark, but you can imagine people believing this.

Also, death of a concept doesn't evoke good images, it suggests a concept has exhausted itself, gone as far as it can go, with its death, a concept can become obsolete. Martyrdom could have faced the same conclusion, but Allah tells us otherwise. Death ends purpose but there will always be a purpose in fighting for Allah and standing up for your beliefs, be it intellectually, physically or by any other means.

The things is that only Allah does die then how can we say Imams are alive despite being dead

No matter if someone is pious or sinner, his/her soul doesn't die. Here death means s/he became non-significant & worthless to Allah.
What is meaning of rizq? Does a soul need food & drinks like our body? Nope. Rizq is Allahs mercy & attention. An Infallible Imam & Prophets as well as the shaheeds are so dignified to Allah that HE gives them continuous attention & they get HIS continuous mercy & love. This is what makes them ALIVE.
