Chocolate fudge cake is great if there is a choice. If not, any flavor of cake will do.

Where I live they make a chocolate fudge cake it’s a layer of cake then a layer of thick ganache then a layer  cake again then a thin biscuit finished with more ganache on the top oof it’s to die for
