diffrent sect of mother and son

my mother is from Shia family and my father was sunny( passed away 3 years ago). now some of my mother's friends from her sec talk to her for her second marriage. and I heard some things about contract marriage in Shia sect. and I am not in favour of that my mother do that kind of marriage. I want to know that is there any kind of marriage allowed in Shia sect.??

Temporary marriage is called Muta in Shia fiqh based one the verse of Qur'an and hadith of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and Imams from ahl albayt as and it is permitted.

I agree with Muslim 2010 it is allowed in Shia Islam but if you feel uncomfortable about it then talk to your Mom or maybe encourage Nikkah instead of Mutah.

Your mother can make her own choices. Whether you like it or not, it does not matter. If it’s halal, she can do whatever she wants.
