So I went with Saudi Arabia to start Ramadhan, but as I am in the United Kingdom should have gone with Morocco. Now I regret going with Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia have said Eid is tomorrow, Morocco say Eid is the day after (like Iran I expect).

What would you do? Bare in mind there will literally be nowhere I can go to pray Eid prayer in my city by following Morocco.

Salam for us praying for Eid is not obligatory but is recommended to do it but as I know you completed your one month fasting & can celebrate it  happy Eid

Couldn't you extend tomorrow, after all Saudi led calendar puts it at 29 days of Ramadan, if they started a day before us. If you fasted tomorrow that would be 30 days.

Shias in United Kingdom are currently on day 28 (29 now that it has passed maghrib) with Eid likely on Wednesday. 29 days of fasting for us too.

You didn't know better but how about getting on track, otherwise you're perpetually following their calendar.

One thing I'd like to add - and this isn't directed specifically at @aaaz1618 but most Muslims in general, is that they seem to be only concerned about moonsightings and the Hijri calendar for Ramadan and the "2 Eids".

Hardly anyone is bothered about say, when Jammada al Awal starts or Safar for instance.

Though to be fair, as the followers of Ahlul Bayt (عليه السلام) literally have events, commemorations and majalis throughout the year,  (as can be seen in the screenshot of the calendar above with regards to Martyrdom date of Imam al Sadiq as in Shawwal) they are less prone to this.

A very busy calendar masha'Allah....unlike those dry literalists who grumble that there are only 2 eids and nothing else to celebrate (bida'aaah!)

There are things I would like to celebrate or mark, but it's difficult to unlearn habits passed on by those 'dry literalists'. I have never really done anything except the two eids for that reason. I have wanted to go to an arbaeen walk for two years now but never gone, wanted to check out mawlid processions but always been working. Maybe when the kids are older I can ignite some celebrations instead of them looking to pagan consumer holidays in awe.
