What does it mean when you see the same number often every day or every where ? I get often the number 3 and the number 13 or even the number 313

As notme said really. For example, if I tell you that I see 11:11 on my phone clock all the time, you might well end up seeing it too. Humans are a creature of habit.

you see that number often because you concentrate on that number. And that number has a value for you. I also see that number often, because it has a value for me and I know of it's importance. The followers of our Imam.
