Total rubbish.

People tend to be more evidence based when buying a take-away, then when dealing with matters of religion. Sometimes I feel for large groups, deep down they think the whole thing is nonsense, but adhere to it culturally. As Shia, we should shun such things.

Do you believe a hot ball of gas (Jupiter) has an impact on the precise events of your life, or do you believe primitive people looked up at the sky and opined and used conjecture? Could you present our Aimmah actually claiming astrology is valid? I thought it felt into the same bracket as magic, and most of our scholars say it doesn't actually exist, even though the Prophet and his Ahlul Bayt have spoken about it.

When you say our Imams have spoken about it, do you mean our Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and our Imams , or do you not include the Prophet ?

Truth is dependent on perception?

Well, yes. But I would have said that as "Truth", not truth.

People will rationalize whatever they have decided to believe and it becomes their truth. As Indiana Jones said, truth and facts are not the same thing.

Imam Ali (عليه السلام) said just use it for finding your way & calculating of prayer times but avoid other aspect of like as horoscope _ etc also Shia Islam in other against learning it as a science for knowing universe also there is a traditional course in Hawza for this matter in name of “هیئت و نجوم”

The difference between absolute truth and postmodern relativist “truth” should be emphasized.

And that's the reason for the quotes around the word "Truth".

There are those who claim that absolute truth does not exist.
