As salamu alaikum, ya Ali madad brothers.

I have a simple question. I have purchased original aqeeq ring from Iran and since I wear it at office, my friends saw the ring and liked it, some of them tried the ring on their hands who are non Muslims.

My question is if someone tries the ring on his hand (specially non Muslim) , does it reduce or nullifies the effects and benefits you get from it???

Awaiting your response,

Ali.

I would recommend cleaning the ring and stone after they have touched it, to clean it of anything that they might have touched with their hands before touching the ring (such as alcohol or pork).

However, I've never heard of a stone being nullified of its benefits just because a non-Muslim touched it.

 Awaiting your response,

I don’t hear or saw about it ,some jewel makers Iran recommend that  you only need put your ring in little amount of water inside a glass & put it in exposure of direct sun light about 30 minutes every Friday or end of week to recharge stone of your ring

If anyone is reading this, it is advice only for the Aqeeq ring. Please do not put a turquoise ring in water because it can damage it.

Brother thanks for sharing the information however can we also put the ring in water??

I was not aware of it and if u put it inside water or expose in sunlight, wont it harm the aqeeq stone or the metal material of the ring like getting corrosion or rusting ??

Oh wow...I totally did not know that about Turquoise.

I do know that Turquoise is among the most powerful stones to remove hardships, and potential turmoil. If the stone suits you that is.

Every kind of gem stone ring has its own special qualities and recommended ways to clean and care for it. Turquoise should not be soaked in water, milk or any liquid. See the posts in the other topic about turquoise:

Could you kindly explain what you mean by "recharge" the power of the stone? I take it you mean recharge the shine or physical aspect, and not the special powers it has?

Real Abiq has protection energy for Shia Muslims more than anyone but sometimes the energy channels become weaken or polluted by negative energies but washing & exposing it to sun for a short time opens the energy channels of Aqiq

And where is the evidence for these claims?

It’s available in Shia Hadith but as my opinion you never accept an evidence & I don’t want to waste my time with you anymore  .:respect:

If you can direct me better as to which chapter of a Hadith book I can find this in, I would be happy to accept evidence.

Where did you get the idea that in order to recharge a rock of its special powers, you must put it in water for no more than 30 minutes? What happens if you put it in for an hour?

Habibi, I am not asking to mock, I just want to know how you can claim all of these things with so much confidence.

Thanks ... I don’t know such sites  but the best & recommended Aqiq is Aqiq from Yemen that this Aqiq is very rare & only you can buy it from few ring sellers but you must do it with help of an expert in physical presence & source of all Aqiqs that sell online are from countries other than Yemen but they have lesser attribute than Yemenis ones but still are beneficial for  a Shia more than anybody because Aqiq was first stone that confessed to Wilayat of Imam Ali (عليه السلام) & protects Shias more than anyone but has lesser attribute for non Shias.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ya'qub ibn Yazid from Ibrahim ibn 'Uqbah from Sayabah ibn Ayyub from Muhammad ibn al-Fadl from 'Abd al-Rahim al-Qasir who has said the following:

"Once, the governor summoned a man of Ale Abu Talib in a criminal case, and he passed by Abu 'Abd
Allah, 'Alayhi al-Salam, who said, 'Follow him with a ring of 'Aqiq (carnelian)'. 'Aqiq (carnelian)
ring was brought and he did not experience any undesirable matters.'"

Chapter 74: Mawaqit (Places Designated for Commencing) al-’Ihram

Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn 'Isma'il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from ibn Abu 'Umayr and from Safwan ibn Yahya Mu'awiyah ibn 'Ammar who has said the following:

"Abu 'Abd Allah, 'Alayhi al-Salam, has said, 'It is of the completion of al-Hajj and al-'Umrah to
assume the state of Ihram from Miqat (place for assuming the state of Ihram) which are designated by
the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their
services to Your cause. You must not pass them without assuming the state of Ihram. For the people of
Iraq, he (the Messenger of Allah) assigned a place, and there were no people of Iraq, which is Batn
al-'Aqiq. In those days there was no Iraq. Batn al-'Aqiq was for people from the direction of Iraq. He
(the Messenger of Allah) designated Yalamlam for people of Yemen. Qarn al-Manazil is for people of
Ta'if. Al-Juhfah is for people of al-Maghrib and it is Mahya'. He (the Messenger of Allah) designated
Dhu al-Hulayfah for people of al-Madinah. Those whose homes are behind these Mawaqit (places for
assuming the state of Ihram) toward Makkah then their home is Miqat (place for assuming the state of
Ihram) for them."'
