why does Allah keep ignoring ppls duas.

Allah never ignores duas. It says in the Qur'an (2:186l

And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me - indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me [by obedience] and believe in Me that they may be [rightly] guided.

I will pray for you, if my words are worth anything. Meanwhile, I ask you to recite 2 nafals hajaat if possible and open any page of the Qur'an and recite it. That will sooth your heart,I can guarantee it.

We are all here to help you.

Then rest assured that what you were asking for isn't good for you. It's Allah's plan at work, why don't you leave things as they are and just go with the flow.

That’s not possible it doesn’t apply to every situation like a family death what I’m dealing with is a mental issue you can’t go with the flow

Prayer and Dua are immensely powerful tools to help achieve closeness to Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) and the Masoomen AS. However you must be willing to "Tie down your camel" so to speak. As action is required in addition to Dua to help achieve what you want. Have you considered seeing a specialist to help diagnose and treat these problems?

Please don't do anything permanent or harmful to yourself. You are welcome to PM me too. I am thinking of you and praying for you. Things I have done that help me through tough times are praying to God and also journaling. I sort of write a prayer to God in my journal. I've looked back on entries from long ago and have been able to see the path that God was taking me. I couldn't see it at the time, but saw it later down the road. Your suffering isn't for nothing!

In regards to your suicidal thoughts, be aware that some drugs enhance such ideas. Maybe you should talk to your therapist about it.
Apart from that many of us is struggling with God, not understanding what he is up to. Why did he let this or that happen to me and why does he not help me with what I think I need. It happens to me all the time. Religious literature from many religions are filled with examples of such doubts because that is a part of being a human in this world. All we can do is to trust in Allah and that what he is doing is for a good reason. Ordeals that doesn't kill you make you stronger when you come out on the other side.
