Bismehe Ta3ala,

Assalam Alikum brother Lion

God loves a strong momin.  Defend yourself at the same time don't transgress other people's rights.

God bless you and protect you from all harm.

M3 Salamah, FE AMIN Allah

Its easier said than done. In medieval  Europe disabled people were wrongly accused by authorities and locked up for being different. Not everybody has the power to protect themselves. People still suffer oppression and so on these days. Its not easy.

You don't need a Shi'a hadith or ruling for something like this.

Common sense and a respect for human dignity dictate its wrong and disrespectful.

True but I would like to look into the laws in dealing with it. Like when it’s ok to fight back and  how much.

For example if someone insults you or your family does that justify a physical response if needed to defend ones honor?
