Asslamoalaikum,

I am sorry to those worthy members who were bit annoyed by my rapid threads on different news daily. Some of the worth members suggested me to make a thready for daily news around the globe. So today I.e 13-02-2019 I am making this thread for daily news around the globe. Most of the news would be of "resistance" and "pro resistance" forces. Like though it may appear to some users that Venezuelan issue has nothing to do with resistance yet Venezuelan government is at right side of the history so we can share news about Venezuela. Terrorists target IRGC bus in southeastern Iran; 41 martyred, 3 wounded / Video

Ahlul Bayt News Agency (ABNA): The terrorists target bus carrying IRGC personnel in Khash-Zahedan raod in Iran's Sistan and Baluchestan Province on Wednesday evening.

Acording to IRNA at least 20 martyred and 20 injured in terrorist attack.

The so-called Jaish ul-Adl terrorist group claimed responsibility for the attack.

Local sources told ABNA reporter in Zahedan that 41 martyred and 3 wounded in the attack.

According to ABNA reporter in Zahedan, the attacked bus was carrying IRGC personel from the province of Isfahan, who returned to Zahedan after the end of their duty .

A statement released by the Quds Base of the IRGC's Ground Force said the bus was carrying 40 IRGC personnel.

The statement also mentioned that the terrorists detonated a truck loaded with explosive materials as the bus was passing by.

The Iranian deputy ambassador to the UN said the purpose of an American coup in Venezuela is to dominate the Latin American nation's oil resources.

Ahlul Bayt News Agency (ABNA): The Iranian deputy ambassador to the UN said the purpose of an American coup in Venezuela is to dominate the Latin American nation's oil resources.

Addressing a Tuesday meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) about Venezuela, held at the United Nations Trusteeship Council, Eshaq Al-e-Habib called for an end to the US' hostile, illegal and provocative policies.

The Iranian envoy described the current developments in Venezuela as a domestic issue that does not threaten regional or international peace and security, MNA reported.

Al-e-Habib further emphasized that no foreign action can be taken without the explicit consent of the government and no one can instruct Venezuelans what to do or not do, which system to choose or what policies to adopt.

"Most importantly, no country or organization has the right to determine which of the national institutions of another country is democratic or legal. According to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, only the 'will of the people' will be the basis of legitimacy of the state," he stated.

"It is an inherent right that shouldn't be subject to a condition such as the recognition of a foreign country or organization and should be strongly respected by every UN member state,” the Iranian envoy said, adding, “Hence, all the hostile policies of the United States and its illegal and provocative actions must be stopped.”

On January 23, Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guido announced himself as interim president with the support of the US and its allies. This act has been referred to as ‘the coup against the elected president, Nicholas Maduro.'

Many countries, including Iran, Russia, China, Cuba, Turkey, South Africa, and Uruguay, have condemned the US position, stressing the need to respect Venezuela's sovereignty and territorial integrity.

“As a country that has been a victim of terrorism and has taken major and effective steps to root out terrorist groups in the West Asia region and has paid heavy costs and is resolved to keep up this path with strong determination, we believe using such bloody and inhumane methods by any group and with any motive and under any name is unacceptable,” the spokesman underlined. 

At least 40 Indian paramilitary police were killed in a bomb attack by militants on their convoy in Indian-administered Kashmir on Thursday.

Salam the terrorist attck done by a radical wahabi group but support of Iran from Kashmir is different although no significant support done by Iranian authorities from Kashmir because of trade with India & complexity issue of Kashmir anyway we don't intervene in their affairs until legal authorities from Kashmir ask us about it but countries like as KSA are active there & support multiple radical wahabi groups there.

“We have also introduced an audio version of the Qur'an that can be found in our in-flight entertainment,” M. Ikhsan said, and that passengers could access the recording though the “Islamic World” menu.

In Mombasa, eastern Kenya, people who attended the demonstration carried placards and chanted slogans in support of Palestine. 

The International Quds Day is a legacy of the late founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini, who designated the day in solidarity with Palestinians.

The prime minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan, was filmed walking away from Saudi Arabia’s King Salman, following a brief handshake and greeting during the recent OIC summit in Mecca.

The footage shows the Pakistani PM speaking directly to the Saudi monarch’s translator rather than addressing the royal himself. 

Khan can be seen pointing and gesticulating as he speaks to the translator before walking away, apparently without giving King Salman the opportunity to respond, RT reported. 

Claims on Twitter that bilateral meetings between the leaders were canceled as a result of the monarch’s displeasure at the odd greeting appear unfounded, however, as Khan later met with the king and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud before delivering an address at the summit. 

During his speech at the OIC, Khan criticized some Western states for their Islamophobia and called on them to “differentiate between moderate Muslims and extremist Muslims.”

Six Hindu men convicted of rape, murder of 8-year old Muslim girl in India

An Indian court has convicted six Hindu men for involvement in the gang rape and murder of an eight-year-old Muslim girl in Jammu and Kashmir last year.

Asifa Bano, from nomadic Muslim community, was drugged, held captive in a temple and sexually assaulted for a week before being strangled and battered to death with a stone in January 2018. 

The incident sparked outrage across India and prompted the government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to approve the death penalty, later that year, for those convicted of child rape. 

According to a 15-page charge sheet, the abduction, rape and killing of the Muslim girl was part of a plan to strike fear in her nomad community and drive the minority out of the area. 

Among those accused are a Hindu priest and police officers. 

“This is a victory of truth,” the prosecution lawyer M Farooqi said outside the court. “The girl and her family have got justice today. We are satisfied with the judgment.” 

The six Hindu men face the death penalty with a minimum of life imprisonment. 

“We will appeal against the convictions in a higher court,” said defense lawyer H.S. Pathania. 

A seventh man was acquitted while an eighth person, who was said to be underage, faces a separate trial. 

The country has long been plagued by violence against women and children.

Azeri-Ukranian Gold Winner Goes on Podium with Ayatollah Khamenei’s Image on T-Shirt

 

Tehran (FNA)- A Ukrainian wrestler who won the first title of a wrestling competition in his country went on the podium to receive the gold medal with an image of Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei on his T-shirt.

A Ukrainian wrestler with Azerbaijani origin Almar Noor Aliyev, who won the first title of a wrestling competition in Ukraine, stood on podium and received his gold medal with an image of Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei on his T-shirt.

Aliyev managed to win bronze medal in 77kg category in 2018 U-23 Greco-Roman Wrestling Competition held in Europe.

He also became runner-up and won silver medal in 2017 World’s Army Wrestling Championship.

Back in 2017, renowned American author, Gary Steven Corseri, described Ayatollah Khamenei’s response to US threats and bullying as “dignified”, adding, “We need more leaders in this world who will stress the importance of ‘dignity’ for the triumph of the human spirit.”

According to Rasid news website, the Supreme Council of Media said using Quranic verses and Hadith in radio and TV commercials is prohibited.

Pentagon seeks to build global ‘consensus’ on Iran. Is it time to worry?

The Trump administration is looking to “build international consensus” against Iran following attacks on oil tankers in the Gulf of Oman. But what does that actually mean? And to what end is it used?

"The focus for myself and Ambassador Bolton and Secretary Pompeo is to build international consensus to this international problem," acting Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan told reporters outside the Pentagon on Friday.

Shanahan went on to say that the Pentagon would contribute to this effort by sharing intelligence with allies, as it did Friday when it released a video it claims shows Iran’s Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) removing an undetonated mine from the hull of one of two tankers attacked that morning.

For National Security Advisor John Bolton and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, consensus-building will likely take a different shape. Pompeo has already blamed Iran for the attack, citing non-specific “intelligence” and Tehran’s alleged history of “unprovoked attacks” in the region. The State Secretary has jetted off in search of consensus before; taking a tour of the Middle East at the beginning of the year to unite the US’ Arab allies against Iran.

Bolton has been clamoring for war with Iran for over a decade, advocating pre-emptive strikes on the Islamic Republic since 2008. Shaping consensus for him will likely entail more beating of the war drums on the international stage.

Rallying allies

Why build consensus at all? There are two reasons: moral and material.

The US paints itself not as the “world police” but as a moral beacon, an exemplar for “democracies” to aspire to and follow, so the more allies sign on to its cause the more legitimate it looks.

On a more practical level, going against Tehran is not an endeavor the US can do alone. Iran has a population of nearly 90 million people, the world’s 14th-most powerful military, a navy and array of land-to-sea missiles capable of inflicting devastating losses on American ships in the Persian Gulf, and the ability to close off the Strait of Hormuz, through which a fifth of the world’s oil transits.

Put simply, the US needs allies on its side, believing its story and fighting its fight, either diplomatically or militarily.

Demonizing adversaries

When Washington-backed opposition leader Juan Guaido declared himself President of Venezuela in January, the US was waiting in the wings to recognize him, having strangled the country with economic sanctions for years in preparation for just this moment, allowing it to declare President Nicolas Maduro had run the country into the ground with his evil corrupt socialist dictatorship, Venezuelans were eating their dogs and zoo animals, and the time had come to recognize this fresh young face whom only a fifth of the country had ever heard of.

Additionally, the US had a pre-selected slate of allies on hand in order to give the appearance of massive international support: the Lima Group, consisting of 12 South and Central American governments and Canada, was formed in 2017 with the aim of securing regime change in Venezuela. After they jumped on board the Guaido train, a handful of European nations also offered their recognition, though the EU officially hedged its bets by calling for a ‘fair election’. The UN, notably, did not offer its endorsement of this regime change ‘consensus’.

When Syrian leader Bashar Assad was accused of using chemical weapons on the town of Douma last April, the United States reached out to just Britain and France. Though Assad’s guilt had not been ascertained, and remains in doubt, the trio released a joint statement of condemnation and battered Syrian military and scientific targets with airstrikes.

The cruise missile stunt did not require support from any other countries – or UN approval, apparently – while the “international consensus” to blame everything on Assad has been established long ago, in the early stages of the war that broke out in 2011.

The invasion of Iraq in 2003 was a different story, and Washington spent months beforehand hammering home the line that Saddam Hussein was harboring weapons of mass destruction, and was working with Al-Qaeda terrorists. Neither statement was true, and skepticism abounded, but the message was repeated and 39 allies eventually joined the ‘Coalition of the Willing’ to aid the US war effort.

Incidentally, John Bolton was a member of the Bush administration at the time, serving as undersecretary of state for arms control and international security affairs while Bush delivered his “Axis of Evil” speech to the world.

If history has one abiding lesson to offer here, it’s to always be wary of any talk of consensus from Washington. With storm clouds gathering over the Gulf of Oman, Shanahan’s statement could possibly be viewed as a rare telegraphing of intent, and a sign to watch out for the next “axis of evil” speech.

Allied French and Malian forces killed 20 militants in an operation in a part of northern Mali where Daesh operates, a spokesman for the West African nation's military said on Sunday.

The German Government has revealed that the fate of some 160 German terrorists has remained unknown and they are believed to have died in combat in Syria and Iraq. 

The German Die Welt Newspaper quoted that the federal government in an answer to a question by Secretary-General of the Germany’s Free Democratic Party (FDP) Linda Teuteberg on the fate of German terrorists who headed for Syria and Iraq and joined Daesh (ISIS) terrorist organization as saying that “It doesn’t know the fate of some 160 of them, yet the available information indicate that they might be killed on the battlefield.” 

Teuteberg also accused the government of having “no plan for dealing with foreign terrorists from Germany” or holding them accountable for their actions. 

One of the politicians at the FDP slammed the Government’s policy in dealing with the German Daesh terrorists, saying ” A concept should be reached on the way of dealing with the returning terrorists and strengthening the capacity of German authorities to investigate and prosecute war crimes abroad.” 

Head of the German internal intelligence service, Thomas Hilden Fang has more than once warned of the growing danger of Daesh terrorists who managed to return to Germany. 

Like many other Western states, Germany tries to prevent the danger of terrorists who return to its territories, although some Western states had provided all forms of support to terrorist organization in Syria and the region.
