No I didn't understand this point earlier. From an artistic point of view I see nothing wrong with it, but as a religious ritual? Wow, I don't know what to say. Why do they do that? Thanks for explaining dear sister?

If khaje nasir told write وَكَلْبُهُم بَاسِطٌ ذِرَاعَيْهِ بِالْوَصِيدِ   that is confirmed in Islam for Shias  to tell ( Im Ahlul Bayt's Kalb ) and Such as these ?!

Salam no but he showed his humbleness toward Ahlul Bayt because dog of Ashab-kahf is from animals that will enter to paradise due his guardianship & following real pious people but some person like as son of Noah joined to unbelievers that drowned in flood with them so he will go to hell with them but doing current bizarre acts by acting like dog or calling ' Im Ahlul Bayt's Kalb' is not true like as Tatbir because it comes from low education of some Shias that enemies are using theses things against Shia Islam .

I've noticed some rude comments being approved when guest users comment. How does that work  Why are guest users given the platform to say whatever they want? I'm extremely disappointed :(

'Guest Monad' has been commenting in a very rude and unprofessional way. I thought I should just say that we need to stop giving these trolls a chance to comment. There is a reason why they comment as a guest user.

l am not dissappointed. l expect it. Everytime these guests post something pretencious, inane, or down-right dumb, it is a morale builder for S.C., Steadfast Chat.

Leftie, this is the best post you have written on S.C. Very well worded and organized. Grade: A-

Thanks ...I guess. These are the subjects I usually write about in meatspace. I only write about theological matters in here and a couple of other places...rarely.

Potty training is only for women? I thought it required a mommy and a daddy to get a baby.

Archeologically, this title goes to China.

Complex civilisation began in Mesopotamia before China or India.

"Mesopotamia, the area between the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers (in modern day Iraq), is often referred to as the cradle of civilization because it is the first place where complex urban centers grew."

This is not complex civilisation. This is people living on grass and throwing stones at animals.

Complex means urbanisation. Having city centres.

Again, it is known that this began in Mesopotamia.

The Day After .  . . the General Election

Some intersting results:

ln a city not too far from me, in over 17,000 votes cast, a person won the mayorial race by 2 votes.

l saw in the Kentucky governor's race a Demoncrat won by a narrow margin and the Republicans won everything else at the state level. The race was about the governor, not Trump.

Yet the one local contest that astounded me was this: a man who had his "professional relationship terminated" by a national reality firm beat the woman deputy fisical officer of twenty years for the Fiscal Officer job by 2:1.

Observation: Being kicked in the ribs by a preschooler ( accidentally ...he was playing with me) hurts a lot more when you are in your sixties. I'm not going to be doing chores with much grace today.

What hurts more is grandson feeling very sad about it.

This little guy is going to be great in any sport requiring kicking, though!

I personally think it would be better if the words " communist" and " fascist" were banned from American political discussions unless the person in question is a member of the American Communist Party or a Neo-Nazi.

I think the word " Corporatist -Who- Would -Sell -My -Grandson's -Soul- for -an -Extra -Buck" should be much more in use.

l agree at the 'formal' political level. Otherwise, commie should not be banned, but 'nazi' and 'racist' should because of their misuse/not accurate.

A relative of mine is a graphic designer, but they mentioned one time to me they they aquired their design programs by someone hacking it for them. I need some design work done and I want to support a family member but it seems very wrong to ask them knowing what I know. I wonder what I should do.

Yes. It's a wolverine. Not great pet material unless you have a death wish.

" Commie" is every bit as misused.

@hasanhh @notme @Hameedeh Please keep us in your prayers. Lol. Husband and I are going to have " that" meeting tonight ,over dinner ,with the parents of our son's fiancée .  It's going to be about who's going to pay for what in this ( apparently) Cecil B. DeMille production of a wedding they're having.
