I feel so tired every morning

I'm really messing up my morning rituals. I always wake up stressed about my life, worrying about the things I need to get done. It's annoying how overwhelmed I feel when I get up, like I can't decide what to do. I also feel tired every morning, like why does my body feel like doing nothing. Even if I start reciting the Quran, my body is like half dead. 

Do you guys experience this? Where am I going wrong? I usually go to bed at like 10 pm and wake up at like 4am for fajr.

Ali, from my personal experience as recommended to me by somebody, boil milk add one spoon of honey, drink it and sleep. You will wake up fresh.

Try it for 2 days and don't neglect it. You will see the difference إِنْ شَاء َ اللَّه

Yeah i feel much better and feel way more energetic. I've started to exercise every night for 30 min and have been very consistent. I've also started eating a lot of fruits (all kinds).

I'm also trying to get a lot of sleep. But yeah feel good alhumdulillah, have Christmas break rn.

What type of exercising have you been doing?

Are you trying to build muscle or are you doing cardio?

 

I'm not into bulking, tho I still do weights and cardio to just increase my stamina and look balanced.

Its important because I play soccer and have to do a lot of cardio otherwise I start getting tired very quickly.
