Hi guys,

I would like to know your thoughts on Raj'a.

I found this article on Wiki https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raj`a but individual insight is always better.

Thank you in advance.

Salam brother. Some of Shia scholars have theorized on the basis of some paragraphs  in Quran and some hadith of Maasumin PBUT that when Imam Hojja will return some groups of dead people will resuscitate and "come back= Raj'aa" to life. It is not an argument on which all scholars agree, but some of the most important ones have confirmed it ... wa Allah Aalam. Here is a link where the topic is deepened in arabic

Raj'a

Will we get to live during the arrival of Imam Mahdi, Prophet Isa (عليه السلام), and the Dajjal? Will we be resurrected to witness such events, or would only people who live on earth at those times get to experience them?

Raj’at or Raj’ah الرَجعَة means the return to this life after death. This return will be during the government of Imam Al-Mahdi (عليه السلام) over the whole world. Allah will bring back to this world the best believers to witness the victory of Ahlul Bayt (عليه السلام). Allah will also bring back to this world the worst enemies of Islam to see that and get some of the results of their evil deeds.

Raj’ah is mentioned in Quran (Sura Ghaafir, verse 11).

Raj'a

Raj`a (الرجعة‎, romanized: āl rj'ah, lit. 'Return') (alternatively rjaa, raja'a, raj'at) in Islamic terminology, refers to the Second Coming, or the return to life of a given past historical figure after that person's physical death. While primarily used in Shia Muslim terminology, variations on the doctrine exist in Sunni Islam and the Bahá'í Faith, and raj`a is used to describe certain Christian doctrines in Arabic.

Based on some hadiths, a number of perfect believers as well as a number of complete infidels will return to this world. The return of Imam Ali (a) and Imam al-Husayn (a) has been especially emphasized. Since there are mutawatir hadiths about raj'a, it is a certain fact. However, details about raj'a are not as certain.

According to a hadith from Imam al-Rida (a), those believers who do not achieve the blessing of martyrdom will achieve it during their raj'a.

The purpose of this returning to life is for the Shi'as to aid and help the Imam (a) in his mission and for them to witness the establishment of his righteous government. Similarly, God will also bring back to life a number of the Imam's enemies so that they may taste the punishment of this world and witness, much to their regret, the glory and power of Imam al-Mahdi (a)'s government .

If I'm not mistaken it's a necessary belief in order to be considered a Twelver Shi'i...I'm not going to lie...when I heard this was an article of belief in order to be a Twelver, I considered leaving the school of thought for Zaydism or Isma'ilism (I could never be a Sunni )…but now I understand the concept a lot more, and in 2024, the proposition of pre-Judgement Day resurrection makes a lot more sense to me...especially when you consider the current discussions taking place within scientific circles...conversations revolving around AI, transhumanism, cryonics, stem cell research, cloning, DNA restoration etc....the scientific community is saying that we (humans) are 100 - 600 years away from making human resurrection a scientific reality

Al-Bukhari and Muslim reported:

“Ad-Dajjaal (the Antichrist) will come, and it will be forbidden for him to pass through the entrances of Madeenah. He will land in some of the salty barren areas outside Madeenah. On that day, the best man or one of the best men will come up to him and say, I testify that you are the same Dajjaal whose description was given to us by the Prophet of Allaah.’ Ad-Dajjaal will say to the people, ‘If I kill this man and bring him back to life again, will you doubt my claim?’ They will say, ‘No.’ Then Ad-Dajjaal will kill that man and bring him back to life. That man will say, ‘Now, I know your reality better than before.’ Ad-Dajjaal will try to kill him but will not be able to do so.’”

This man, who is a handsome man, will come out to him and the Antichrist will say to him, ‘Will you believe in me as God?’ So that man will tell him, ‘You damn liar, you are the accursed;’ so the Antichrist will kill him and split him into two halves, and then he will walk between his two halves with his donkey. Then he will tell him, ‘Become alive again with my permission,’ and that man will become alive. The Antichrist will then ask him after that, ‘Do you believe in me?’ That man will say, ‘I am now certain that you are the accursed...’”

^^^Allah will grant the Antichrist with supernatural power and ability...but He will likewise grant the Mahdi with extraordinary capabilities (e.g. capability of bringing life back to the dead)…his name (Antichrist/Ad-Dajjāl) is in itself a sign of his mission...his name means "False Messiah" or "Imposter Christ"...he is the polar opposite of Christ..Jesus (peace be upon him) was a person who could resuscitate the dead and the Mahdi will possess this ability as well

Salam this is just distorted sunni viewpoint for assuming supernatural power and ability for Dajjal which it has been driven from distorted Christian belife about antichrist which according to Christian , Anti christ will repeat miracles of christ likewise healing & returning dead peopl to life which this distortion have inserted to sunni sources through ex-christians who converted to islam likewise Tamim al-Dari which when mentioning narrations have been banned by three caliph he & Ka'ab al Ahbar & Abu Huraira have been allowed to spread such false in mosques between muslims  stories by permission of three sunni caliphs .

Salaam...sectarianism has spiked significantly since 2003 Iraq War...Muslims are busy bashing one another's ḥādīth literature largely due to geopolitical factors in MENA...it has little to do with genuine scholarly criticism...rather, the two groups enjoy irritating and annoying one another over the flimsiest reasoning...this is childish and unbecoming behavior...a "Sunni" ḥādīth can be believed by a Shi'i if the matn is considered acceptable regardless of the series of narrators...I don't see anything in the Sunni corpus of End Times literature to be blatantly in contradiction of Shi'i creed or theology except for minor issues

Salam as you have mentioned  , It's not an acceptable Hadith which any hadith about Dajjal in shia sources denies any divine ability likewise returning dead people to life by Dajjal which this belife  is in similar fashion of distorted christina beliefs about anti christ.

Salaam...okay, I have 10,000 questions for you...let's start here...1.) Are you sure similar hadith don't exist in our books of traditions?...we have many, many, many books with hundreds of traditions about the End Times...none of our traditions state that Dajjal will possess such abilities (e.g. resurrecting the dead etc.)? Have you read all of our books? Are you 100% certain of this?

Salam , yeah I'm sure which in shia hadiths he has been only has been mentioned as a deceiver which even there has been said about advent of many Dajjals not only one .

thanks to @ZulfiqarAbdullah & @Splzo

" Imam Ali (عليه السلام) then said, "The one-eyed enemy of Allah who will not manage without eating, drinking and wondering around-will be a deceiver. Your Lord is autonomous (independent) from these limitations.

4. The appearance of charlatans and Dajjal-like characters who will claim to be social reformers. The advent of Dajjal is one of the indisputable signs of the re-emergence to which all previous religions have also alluded. Dajjal literally means one who covers truth with falsehood and deceit. It is likely however, based on the signs mentioned in the narrations, that Dajjal is not a proper name of a single person rather it is a general title for all devious and deceitful individuals and regimes who deceive the masses and bar the path of truth. Some scholars have interpreted Dajjal as being a reference to contemporary Western civilization.

- Faith and Reason (Ayat. Hadavi Tehrani)

Quote

It is interesting that it is mentioned in some of ahadith that 30 Dajjals will appear before the advent of Mahdi (عليه السلام)!( Sunan Abu Dawood).

The appearance of Dajjal is even mentioned in the Testaments.
We read in the second epistle of John (chapter 1, sentence 6 & 7): “As ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.
For many deceivers are entered into the world”

This expression also confirms the multiplicity of Dajjals.
We read in another hadith: Holy Prophet (S) said: resurrection won’t come except that sixty liars appear and claim for prophecy!( Bihar al-Anwar, vol. 52, page 209)

Quote

The Prophet is reported to have said: "The Day of Judgement will not take place until thirty Dajjals emerge claiming to be a prophet."(18)

'Ali b. Abi Talib said: "Be afraid of the two Dajjals who will be born of the descendants of Fatima. A Dajjal ('imposter') will arise from Dijla at Basra who is not from me. He will be the forerunner of a number of Dajjals ('deceivers')."(19)

In another tradition the Prophet said: "The Day of Judgement will not commence until thirty liars and

Dajjal-like persons appear and ascribe falsehood to God and His Prophet."(20)

In still another tradition the Prophet is reported to have said: "Before the rise of Dajjal, more than seventy Dajjals ('impostors') will precede." (21)

18- Abu Dawud, Sunan, Vol. 2, p.
19- al-Malahim wa al-fitan, p. 113.

20- Abu Dawud, Sunan, Vol 2, p.

21- Majma' al-zawa'id, Vol 7, p. 333.

It is quite possible that the actual events concerning Dajjal, as foretold in some traditions, might be true. However, all the details about his features and character do not have the stamp of authenticity on them, since the majority of these descriptions, published in Bihar al-anwar and other books, are reported by unidentified narrators.(22)

22- For the detailed chain of transmission and the problem of unknown reporters in that chain see: Bihar al-anwar, Vol. 52 where the traditions are reported with full documentation made up of some unidentified narrators.

Consequently, even if it is hypothetically admitted that the actual instance of the appearance of Dajjal is authentic, the details that are provided have certainly been colored by fictitious stories. We can maintain this much without difficulty: that in the Last Days and close to the emergence of the twelfth Imam, a man will be found who will be singularly a deceiver and an imposter, surpassing in wickedness all the previous Dajjals. He will mislead a group by his nihilistic claims. He will present himself to the people as if he is in control of their bread and water. People will become so delinquent in moral discernment that they will begin to believe that the entire universe is within his control. In his deceitful communication he will introduce good works as bad and bad as good. He will show hellfire as paradise, and paradise as hellfire. But his disbelief will be evident to all literate and illiterate persons.

We read in another hadith: Holy Prophet (S) said: resurrection won’t come except that sixty liars appear and claim for prophecy!( Bihar al-Anwar, vol. 52, page 209)
Although the name of Dajjal is not mentioned in this narrative, but it is totally understood from hadith that false claimants and imposters will not exclusively one or some persons in End of Days.

Quote

Anyway, the fact which is not possible to be ignored is that when the backgrounds are revolution are provided, in any society, imposter people, who are in fact the guardians of corrupted systems, begin deceiving people for keeping the current conditions, and exploiting intellectual and social backgrounds of the people in benefit of their incorrect goals, and even they express revolutionary mottoes, and this is one of the greatest obstacles in the way of reform and real revolution.

These are Dajjals from whom all the prophets have forewarned their nations and have warned about their deceptive plans.
But, before the advent of Imam al-Mahdi and that great and expanded and real revolution, as much as intellectual, mental and social backgrounds advance in the world, activities of these Dajjals, who come one after another, increase, in order to delay the advancement and improvement of revolutionary backgrounds and use thousands of deceptions and tools for deviation of the thoughts.

Albeit, there is no problem for a great Dajjal to be above them all, but, signs which have been expressed about him in some of narratives are like symbolic expressions, allegory and metaphors. For example, it is derived from the narrative, which has been quoted by Allame Majlesi in Bihar al-Anwar from Amir al-Mu’mineen Ali (عليه السلام) that he has the following characteristics:

Quote

1) He has only one eye that shines at the middle of his forehead like the star of the dawn! But this eye is bloody, maybe it is mixed with blood!
2) He has a white clipper donkey (ride) which any of its steps is one mile and moves through the earth very fast!
3) He claims of being God and when he gathers his friends around him the whole world hears his voice!
4) He goes into the seas and the Sun moves with him, a mountain of smoke is in his front and a white mountain is behind him that people see it as food.
5) At the time of his appearance, people are in hunger and famine …( Bihar al-Anwar, vol. 52, page 194).

Undoubtedly, we are not permitted to symbolize any religious concept which has been mentioned in Qur’an or hadith resources, because this act is interpretation by opinion which is strongly prohibited in Islam and wisdom and logic also deny that, but by the way, standing on the first meaning of the expressions, when rational or quoted evidences are available, is not correct either and caused the purpose and definition to be missed.

Quote

Anyway, it is important for revolutionary members who are truthful soldiers of the great peacemaker the promised Imam al-Mahdi (عليه السلام) not to be deceived by Dajjals like simple and fool people and don’t miss any opportunity for executing their revolutionary plan bases upon belief, truth and justice.

Albeit, what has been said above was a possible interpretation for Dajjal that different evidences prove that. But, acceptance or unacceptance of this interpretation doesn’t harm the main subject that the issue of Dajjal, with these characteristics, is a metaphor not to be a human with such ride and characteristics and advantages!

A Sunni narration (in Kitab al-Fitan of Nuaim Ibn Hammad) mentions this man to be the Qur'anic Yasa' (mentioned twice in the Qur'an), supporting the Shiite doctrine of raj'ah.

looking back over some relevant slightly older threads interesting

the Dajjal is mentioned very little in our narrations a minor figure at best

The majority of our narrations focus on Sufayani la .

As for the doctrine of the return, the discussions that are held in Iran in Iraq are exhausting in long. I have posted a brief discussion on one of the issues in a discussion called the real meaning of the 12 Mahdi after Imam Mahdi as

There’s a discussion on the kingdom of the Qaim as, the 12 kingdoms after, his second kingdom, which is the 13th kingdom, the two deaths of Satan, which type of people would be resurrected the resurrection of the people of doubt or who didn’t get correct information of Islam and then being called for three days whoever doesn’t accept the call after three days being put to the sword, the pitching of the tents at Kufa and what is meant by recitation as it was revealed, the elimination of evil in the first kingdom of the Qaim and the fulfillment of the verse 1780-83 , why disbeliever would be born again in murder him in the first kingdom, how they would be eliminated at the war at the start of the Roger the return, the parallel of the sun, the moon, the 11 stars, bowing to Joseph being the other 13 submitting to the authority and praying behind the Qaim as in the first kingdom, and the banner being passed so that they each roll until it reaches him again and the end of time coming,

There are many discussions on their nature in the issues of how the 14 are connected yet separate and many dimensions of the miracles of their body their spirits they’re intellect in their status, but I’ll leave that part of the discussions unless moderation specifically says to discuss it, but as for the furnace part, there are many discussions about the return and many debates and possibilities

Salam respectfully no. 10 & 11 are totally wrong which only have been mentioned in sunni sources which   according to holy Quran  whether with without Dajjal the End Times or al-Qiyāmah will be happen suddenly which has no correlation to anything specially has no correlation to Dajjal .

no.12  is a good point .

no 13. is totally wrong which only has been mentioned in Sunni sources in order to Nauzubillah accuse Imam Mahdi (aj) of shias to being the Dajjal which all wahabis call imam as Dajjal due to his long life .

no 14 . There is no evidence about it which all narration whether Sunni or shia even in few sunni narrations about Sufyani there is no correlation between him & the Dajjal.

no 15 . it just has been mentioned in sunni sources so therefore it has no validity .

in conclusion : all mentioned narrations about the Dajjal in Shia sources have been driven from sunni sources & sunni narrators which it just has been mentioned as a warning which doesn't mean validity of it in shia sources but it's good for knowing about it for prevention & recognizing false Mahdis.

From a previous post:

"One of the signs of the reappearance of Imam Mahdi (عليه السلام) [1] is the coming of the “Dajjal”. According to Arabic literature experts, any liar and trickster can be called a dajjal.

Different unusual traits have been related to him in hadiths (in which are mostly found in Sunni sources), namely: he falsely claims his lordship [2], is high in age [3], along with him is fire and water [4], he cures the blind and those suffering from leprosy [5].

The commander of the faithful, Imam Ali (عليه السلام) was busy delivering a sermon when he repeated three times: “Ask me (all that you need) before you lose me.” A righteous individual by the name of Sa’sa’ah ibn Sawhan stood up and asked: “Oh commander of the faithful! Who is the Dajjal?”

In response to this question, Imam Ali (عليه السلام) replied: “Be aware that the (name) of the dajjal is Sa’ed ibnul-Sa’ed. The unfortunate one is he who acknowledges and accepts him, and the fortunate being the one who rejects him. He will emerge from a place called “Isbahan”, from an area which is known to be the area of the Jews. His right eye is shut, bearing no eyeball.

His other eye is in his forehead, shining so brightly that it resembles the morning star in brightness. In his eye there is a piece of meat that seems to have mixed with some blood and on his forehead, in between the two eyes, it has been written “Kafir” in a way that every literate and illiterate person can read. He travels over the oceans and the sun accompanies him. In front of him, there is a mountain of smoke and behind him there is a white one that people perceive to be food. He will appear during a very hard drought. He will be riding a dark or green donkey. Every step this donkey takes is equal to one mil (mile). He will travel and go here and there on earth. Every water source or spring that he crosses will turn and remain dry till the Day of Judgment. He will shout with a voice heard by all in the East and the West saying: “Come to me, Oh friends and followers of mine!” I (am a God) who has created, who has created the faces, has measured every persons portion (of sustenance), and is your guide. I am the exalted Lord!” He is a liar! He is Allah’s (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) enemy...and in the end he will eventually be killed by the one Isa ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) prays behind (Imam Mahdi (as))”. [6]

As for who the dajjal really is, one can't reach a definite conclusion, but in a nutshell, it can be said there are several possibilities regarding this matter:

1) The dajjal is a true person that does extraordinary things using witchcraft and magic that will appear at the end of time. He will be the head of a great trouble-making that will take place for all of mankind. As the literal meaning of dajjal suggests, he is a user of witchcraft and a trouble-making individual with many materialistic facilities and capabilities. Some hadiths name him “the messiah of misguidance” which is the opposite of “the messiah of guidance”, meaning Prophet Isa ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)).

During the reappearance of Imam Mahdi (عليه السلام), he will begin to work against him. He is of those who have long lives and is and will remain alive until the day he appears. He will take over the whole world expect for Makkah and Madinah. [7]"

2) Iblis or Satan is the dajjal.

3) The Sufyani  is the dajjal.

4) The dajjal has a symbolic and secret side to it (and isn't a true person):

“The dajjal symbolizes the highest levels of civilization, culture and Western technology that are in conflict with Islam and its principles; a culture that tries to conquer and enslave all. We can clearly see today how the West’s materialist culture and technology has taken over all societies today, even Muslim ones…” [8]

[1] Of course this sign has been counted as one of the signs of the Day of Judgement (Sunan Tirmidi, vol.4, pp.507-519; Sunan Abi-Dawud, vol.4, pg.115; Sahih Muslim, vol.18, pp.46 and 81), yet in Shia hadith sources it has been counted as one of the signs of the nearness of the Day of Judgment (Biharul-Anwar, vol.6, pg.296, chapter 1 (The signs of the hour (Day of Judgment) and the story of Ya’juj) and also the signs of the reappearance of Imam Mahdi (عليه السلام). There is no problem in this sign being both the sign of the Day of Judgment and the reappearance of Imam Mahdi (عليه السلام), because his reappearance is one of the signs of the end of time and the Day of Judgment.

In some hadiths it has been stated that he will eventually be killed by Prophet Isa ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) (Biharul-Anwar, vol.14, pg.348, chapter 24) or it has been stated that he will be killed by Prophet Isa ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) at a gate in Sham. Of course, there is no conflict between these two statements that Prophet Isa ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) is one of those who takes orders from Imam Mahdi (عليه السلام) and one can relate the doing of a soldier to his commander.

Chapter 47: Narration regarding Dajjal (anti-Christ)

1 - Narrated to us Muhammad bin Ibrahim bin Ishaq ((رضي الله عنه).) that he said: Narrated to us Abdul Aziz bin Yahya Jaludi in Basra: Narrated to us Husain bin Maaz: Narrated to us Qais bin Hafs: Narrated to us Yunus bin Arqam from Abi Yasar Shaibani from Zahhak bin Muzahim from Nazaal bin Sabra that he said:

“Amirul Momineen Ali Ibne Abi Talib ((عليه السلام).) delivered us a sermon; he praised Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, invoked blessings on the Holy Prophet and his progeny ((عليه السلام).). Then he said thrice:

‘Ask me, O people, before you lose me.’

Sa’sa bin Sauhan arose and asked with respect, ‘O Amirul Momineen, when will Dajjal appear?’ Imam ((عليه السلام).) said, ‘Sit down as the Almighty Allah has heard you and He knows your intention. By Allah, one who is asked is not more knowledgeable than the questioner. But there are some signs and aspects for it, which come one after another, like one step falls after another. If you want I can inform you about it. “Yes, please do, O Amirul Momineen ((عليه السلام).),” said the narrator.

The Imam ((عليه السلام).) said, “Know that those signs are as follows:

When people would forget the prayers, trusts will be betrayed. Lying would be considered lawful. Usury will become common. Bribes would be rampant. Tall buildings would be constructed. Religion will be sold in exchange of worldly gains. Fools will be in power. Advice will be sought from women.

Relationships will be broken off. Carnal desires will be widely followed. Bloodshed will be considered a minor matter. Forbearance will be looked upon as weakness and oppression will be considered a matter of pride. Kings and rulers will be sinners and transgressors. Ministers shall be liars.

The general public shall be dishonest. The reciters of Quran will be transgressors. False testimony will be acceptable. Sins would be committed openly. Laying false allegations will be a common thing. Sinfulness and rebellion will be rife. The Quran will be looked down upon. Mosques will be decorated. Minarets will be elevated.

Evil people would be accorded honor. Rows, instead of displaying unity would present a scenario of strife. Hearts of the people will be distant from each other. Oaths and promises will be readily broken.

That which has been promised will come near. Greed for wealth will impel people to take women as partners in business. Voices of the singers will rise up high and they shall find much audience. The lowly people shall become the leaders of the community. Male and female singers shall be procured on payment. The people of this age will curse the people of the past. Women will ride (horses).

Women will resemble men and men will resemble women. Witnesses will testify without being asked to do so and other people without recognizing the truth and in other than religion they will give deep thought and give testimony. World would be given precedence over the hereafter. Apparently they would be like wolves but their hearts will be more rotten than carrion.

They shall be stinking and more bitter than aloe. At that time all would say, ‘Hurry up, hurry up. At that time the Baitul Maqdas will be the best place to live in. And a time will come upon the people that everyone will wish to reside in the Baitul Maqdas.”

Asbagh bin Nubatah stood up and said: O Maula! Who would be the Dajjal? He replied, ‘The name of Dajjal is Saeed bin Saeed. Thus one who supports him is unfortunate. And are fortunate who deny him. He shall emerge from Yahoodiya village of Isfahan. He shall be blind in the right eye. The left would be on the forehead like a bloody piece, which would be glinting like the morning star. On his forehead would be inscribed: ‘Kafir’ (disbeliever) which would readable to the literate as well as the illiterate.

He shall jump into the seas. The Sun will follow him. A mountain of smoke will precede him and a white mountain will follow him, which in times of famine will be mistaken to be a mountain of food (bread). He shall be mounted on a white ass.

One step of that ass will be of one mile. Whichever spring or well he reaches, will dry up forever. He will call out aloud which shall be audible to all in the east and the west from the Jinns, humans and satans. He would tell his friends: I am the one who created then shaped. And I estimated and guided. I am your High Lord.

That enemy of Allah will be a liar. He shall be a one-eyed man having human needs, who walks about while your Lord is neither one-eyed nor in need of food. He neither walks nor is there decline for him. He is above all things.

Know that the majority of his followers will be persons of illegitimate birth and they shall be wearing green caps. The Almighty Allah will have him eliminated on a Friday after three hours have passed in the evening on the Uqbah Afeeq at the hands of one behind whom Prophet Isa ((عليه السلام).) would pray. Know that! After this will come to pass the Great event.”

Thus we asked: O Amirul Momineen ((عليه السلام).), what would that be? He replied, “Daabbatul Arz will emerge from Mt. Safa. He shall be having the seal ring of Prophet Sulaiman ((عليه السلام).). When that ring would be touched on the face of a believer, it would brand him to be a true believer. And when it is touched on the face of an infidel it would clearly mark that he is really a disbeliever. So much so that the believer will say to the infidel, “Hell is ordained for you, O infidel.” And the disbeliever will say to the believer, “Tooba is ordained for you, O believer. Alas! If I were also successful and delighted with you this day.”

Thus when the Daabba raises his head he would, by the permission of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime be able to see whatever is present between the east and the west. And it would be at a time when the Sun will rise from the west. At that time the time for repentance would be over and no repentance would be accepted from anyone. Neither would any deed rise up to the heavens as mentioned:…its faith shall not profit a soul which did not believe before, or earn good through its faith…”

Then Amirul Momineen ((عليه السلام).) said: “Do not ask me about the conditions following this. This is a covenant that I have made with my dearest one that I would not inform about this to anyone except my descendants.”

Nazaal bin Sabra says that I asked Sa’sa bin Sauhan what Amirul Momineen ((عليه السلام).) meant by this? He replied, “O Ibne Sabra, he is the same behind whom Prophet Isa ((عليه السلام).) would pray. He shall be the twelfth descendant and he would be the ninth descendant of Husain bin Ali ((عليه السلام).). He would be the one for whom the Sun would rise from the west and he shall reappear between the Rukn and Maqaam. Then he would purify the earth and establish the scales of justice. Then no one would be able to oppress another.

Thus the dearest one of Amirul Momineen ((عليه السلام).), the Messenger of Allah (S) had taken an oath from the latter that he must not inform anyone about the events after this except his purified descendants, Allah’s blessings be on them all.”

And narrated to us Abu Bakr Muhammad bin Umar bin Uthman bin Fadl Uqaili Faqih that: Narrated to us Abu Amr Muhammad bin Ja’far bin Muzaffar; and Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Abdur Rahman ar-Raazi, and Abu Saeed Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Musa bin Kaab Saidani; and Abul Hasan Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Subaih Jauhari, they said: Narrated to us Abu Yaala bin Ahmad bin Muthanna Mausili from Abdul Aala bin Hammad Narsi from Ayyub from Nafe from Ibne Umar from the Messenger of Allah (S) that he mentioned the same tradition.

2 - Narrated to us Abu Bakr Muhammad bin Umar bin Uthman bin Fadl Uqaili Faqih through this chain of narrators from his Mashayakhs from Abi Yala Musili from Abdul Alaa bin Hammad Narsi from Ayyub from Nafe from Ibne Umar that he said:

“One day the Messenger of Allah (S) prayed the Morning Prayer with his companions. After that he arose and accompanied by his companions reached to a house in Medina and knocked the door. A lady emerged and asked: What do you want, Abul Qasim? The Messenger of Allah (S) said: O Abdullah’s mother allow me to go to Abdullah. She said: O Abul Qasim, what do you want from Abdullah? By Allah, he has lost his mind and he speaks to himself. He is disputing with me in a very important matter. The Holy Prophet (S) said: Let me see him. She said: Are you prepared to meet him at your own risk? He replied in the positive. She said: Come.

So he entered the house to find him covered with a shawl and shivering and muttering to himself. She told him to keep quiet and to sit up. This is Muhammad. He has come to you. So he fell silent and sat up. The Messenger of Allah (S) said: What is wrong with him? May Allah’s curse be upon him. If he leaves me I can tell you if he is that same one. After that the Holy Prophet (S) said: What can you see. He replied: I can see truth and falsehood and I can see a throne on the water. The Messenger of Allah (S) said: Will you testify the oneness of Allah and my messengership? He replied: Rather you testify the oneness of Allah and my messengership! Because Allah has not made you worthier than me for it.

On the next day again the Messenger of Allah (S) prayed the Morning Prayer with his companions. After that he arose and they came to that house and knocked the door. A lady emerged and said: Please come in.

They saw that he was atop a date palm, singing a song. His mother said: Shut up! And come down. This is Muhammad and he has come to meet you. That man fell silent. The Messenger of Allah (S) said: What has happened to him? Allah’s curse be on him! If he leaves me I can tell that he is the same one.

On the third day again the Messenger of Allah (S) prayed the Morning Prayer with his companions. After that he arose and they came to that house and saw that he was baaing with a sheep. His mother said: Keep quiet. This is Muhammad and he has come to meet you. He became quiet and sat down.

On that day some verses of Surah Dukhan had been revealed and the Prophet has recited them in the daily prayer that day. The Prophet again asked him: Do you testify that there is no god except Allah and that I am the messenger of Allah? He said: Rather you should testify to the oneness of Allah and that I am the messenger of Allah because Allah has not made you more rightful than me for it.

The Messenger of Allah (S) said: I have concealed something from you. Tell me what it is? He replied: Smoke. Smoke. The Holy Prophet (S) said: Keep quiet, and remember that you will not proceed before your appointed period and you will not reach to your aim. And you will get only as much as is decreed for you.

Then he told his companions: O people, Allah, the Mighty and Sublime did not send any prophet but that he warned his nation of Dajjal and Allah, the Mighty and Sublime has kept him alive till your time. When you fall in doubt about him you should remember that your Lord cannot be one-eyed. Indeed the Dajjal would be astride an ass and the distance between the two ears of the ass will be one mile. He will be accompanied with Paradise and Hell and a mountain of bread and a stream of water. Most of his followers will be Jews, women and ignorant ones. He will roam through the whole earth except for the Holy Kaaba in Mecca, and the Prophet’s Mosque in Medina.”

The author says: People of malice and denial accept all such reports and they consider, correct reports about Dajjal, his occultation, long age and his advent in the last period of time. But they are not prepared to accept that the Qaim is present, that he will remain in occultation for a long time and then finally reappear and fill the earth with justice and equity as it would be fraught with injustice and tyranny.

This is despite the fact that we have traditions from the Prophet and the Imams regarding the Imam’s name, lineage and occultation. And there are traditional reports on prolongation of occultation. The aim of their denial is to put out the light of Allah and invalidate the matter of the Wali of Allah. But Allah will perfect His light even though polytheists may find it distasteful. Our opponents say that the reason of their denial is that the traditions regarding the Imam and his occultation that are present in our collections are not in their books of traditional reports.

This is the same argument that apostates, Hindus, Jews, Christians and Zoroastrians give for denying the prophethood of the Holy Prophet (S). They also say that the reports you quote with regard to his miracles and evidences, are not found in our books. Through this we prove the falsity of those reports. If we accept the objection of our opponents to be true, what would be done with the objection of those who deny the Holy Prophet (S) who are more than the deniers of the Imam? In the same way our opponents also object that they also cannot understand how the age of a person can exceed the age of the people of his time like it is thought about our Imam.

Thus we shall tell them: You agree that it is possible for the age of Dajjal in occultation to exceed the age of other people, and in the same way you admit to the longevity of the accursed Iblees; yet you don’t accept this could be possible with regard to the Qaim, inspite of the fact that there are traditional reports with regard to his occultation, long lifespan and his reappearance and advent after the divine command. Such traditions have also been presented in this book. This is further supported the tradition of the Holy Prophet (S) that says: Whatever had passed in the previous nations, the same will come to pass in this, exactly.

And it has been mentioned that many prophets and Divine Proofs had long lifespans. Like Prophet Nuh ((عليه السلام).) who lived for 2500 years. And the Quran say that he lived in his nation for 950 years.

We have also presented the tradition whose chain of narrators is mentioned in this book that it says: In the Qaim there is resemblance to Prophet Nuh ((عليه السلام).) and that is having a long lifespan. Then what is the reason that you cannot understand this and that you consider it impossible? You should in fact accept it because the existence of the Imam is proved by the traditions of the Holy Prophet (S).

Accepting the existence of the Qaim is necessary just as it is necessary to accept that the People of the Cave slept in their cave for 309 years. If the latter report can be accepted then the former is also worthy of acceptance. How are the reports of Wahhab bin Munabba and Kaab bin Ahbar accepted when there is no statement of the Messenger of Allah (S) vouchsafing their truthfulness? Their traditions do not fit any logic. While people are in doubt and they deny whatever has been related by the Holy Prophet (S) with regard to Qaim, about his occultation and his reappearance, even though it is about a true fact. Is it anything other than a willful denial of truth?

How can the opponents say that a person cannot exceed the age of the people of his time while the statement of the Messenger of Allah (S) is true that all the practices of the past nations will be repeated in this Ummah, especially in well known aspects. Now which aspect is more well known than that of the Qaim? Who is it that is mentioned by the people of the east and the west? Who is it that is mentioned by those who believe in him as well as those who deny him?

Thus if the occultation of the Qaim has been proved invalid even though there are authentic traditions of the Holy Prophet (S) it would in fact prove the invalidity of the prophethood of the Holy Prophet (S) because he has informed about the occultation of the Qaim. Thus in this way the prophethood of the Prophet will be proved false. Although the opponents accept that the Prophet said regarding Ammar Yasir that he would be killed by a rebellious group, and that the beard of Amirul Momineen ((عليه السلام).) would be dyed in the blood of his head, he said regarding Imam Hasan ((عليه السلام).) that he would be martyred through poison, and that Imam Husain ((عليه السلام).) would be martyred through the sword.

Then why don’t the opponents deny his sayings stating the occultation of the Qaim and his name and lineage etc? Indeed the Prophet was true in all his statements and held particular views. No one can have perfect faith till one does not accept the decisions of the Prophet and submits to all his commands without there being the slightest doubt. This is what Islam is. Islam means submission and obedience and one who brings a religion other than Islam, it would not be accepted and such a person will be a loser in the hereafter.

The most surprising fact is that our opponents narrate that Prophet Isa ((عليه السلام).) passed through Kerbala and saw a herd of deers. When he moved closer he saw that they were weeping. Seeing this Prophet Isa ((عليه السلام).) sat down and his disciples sat around him. Thus Isa ((عليه السلام).) cried and his disciples also cried even though they did not know why he had sat down and why he was crying. They asked: O spirit of Allah and His word, why did you cry?

He asked: Do you know this land? They said: No, we don’t. He said: It is the land where the son of Ahmad, the prophet of the last period of time and son of the Purified Batool (s.a.) who is an image of my respected mother, Maryam will be martyred and buried. The dust of this land is purer than musk because it is the burial ground of this oppressed martyr. And the essence of the prophets and his progeny is such.

These deers talk me to me and they say that they graze on this land in devotion to the oppressed Imam as a result of which they feel secure over here. After that Isa ((عليه السلام).) split their droppings and smelt them and said: O Lord, preserve these dropping in this state so that the father of the martyr may smell them and obtain comfort. Thus those droppings remained till the time of Ali ((عليه السلام).). When Amirul Momineen ((عليه السلام).) passed from there he smelt those droppings, cried and informed about the impending tragedy of Kerbala.

Our opponents accept the veracity of this incident and agree that those droppings remained for more than five hundred years and there was no difference in their freshness and smell. The passage of time did not affect them in any way. But they don’t accept that the Qaim of Aale Muhammad, the Imam of the Age is alive. And that he will rise with the sword, eliminate the enemies of Allah make the religion of Allah dominant while there are authentic traditions of the Prophet and Imams in this regard which mention his name, lineage, his long occultation and which also state that the practice of the previous nations with regard to long lifespans has been decreed for this Imam. This denial is only due to malice, bigotry and obstinacy against acceptance of truth. [We seek Allah’s refuge from humiliation]."

Salam respectfully for more clarification this accustomed sermon to Amir almuminin Imam Ali(عليه السلام) about Dajjal has been part of his sermon about condemning & criticizing people of Basra after battle of Jamal which at end of it it's a conversation between Amir almuminin Imam Ali(عليه السلام) & two so called prominent figures of Basra Ahnaf b. Qays & Mundhar b. Jarud who both of them admonished by Amir almuminin Imam Ali(عليه السلام) for not helping him in battle of Jamal ; which later these two have shown loyalty yo  to cursed Mu'awiya's so then cursed cursed Yazid &  'Ubayd Allah b. Ziyad when Imam Hussain (عليه السلام) has sent letters to Basra in his uprising against cursed Yazid  which even during uprising of Mukhtar they have shown Impartiality in al-Mukhtar's Uprising even helped his opponents .

Al-Mundhir b. al-Jarud

During the Reign of Imam 'Ali

Mundhir fought alongside Imam 'Ali (a) in the battles of Jamal and Siffin. After the Battle of Jamal, Mundhir asked Amir al-Mu'minin (a) a question about the end of time, to which Imam 'Ali (a) gave an elaborate answer.[4]

Quote

O son of Jarud! Yes. Great tribulations will come upon them one after another; as they kill some others and a tribulation arises which causes houses to be destroyed and villages to be destroyed; property will be plundered, men will be killed and women will be taken captive and heads will be cut off; woe to what will happen from strange things and from those tribulations. The coming of the great Dajjal is one whose right eye is rubbed and his other eye is as if stained with blood, like a clot of blood coming out of the socket and like a grape seed of Taif that has fallen on the water. Then a group of people will follow his head and kill and cause it to be killed. Those who have "Injil "("the Gospel") in their breasts will be martyred in "Aballah"«ابلّه» . Whoever is killed and flees, whoever flees and after this, an earthquake will come. Then stones will rain. Then the earth will sink; Then they will be metamorphosed  and then they will be completely starved, due to the lack of rain and the lack of vegetation; such that the dust of hunger will appear on the faces and after that, the red death will come and he will be drowned. O Mundhir! There are three names for Basra! They are other than the name Basra and no one knows those names except the scholars: one is "Khirbah" «خربه», one is "Tadmur"«تدمر» and the other is "Mutafika"«مؤتفکه» which means destruction, annihilation and revolution.

O Mundhir! By Him who splits the grain and creates the souls! If We wish, I can inform you of the parts and surfaces of the earth, when they will be destroyed and when they will be restored until the Day of Resurrection. And with Me is abundant knowledge; if you ask Me, you will find Me knowledgeable. I do not err in what you ask.” He mentioned a hadith from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his progeny) who said:

By God, the Hour will not come until thirty liars emerge, the last of whom will be the one-eyed Dajjal, whose left eye is gone; like the eye of Abu Tahi or Hayy, an old man from the Ansar. When he emerges, he will think that he is God. So whoever believes in him, acknowledges him, and follows him, his past good deeds will not benefit him, and whoever disbelieves in him and denies him, then he will have no punishment for his past deeds, and he will gain dominion over the whole earth except the Holy Mosque (Makkah) and Bayt al-Muqadas(Jerusalem) , and he will besiege the believers in Bayt al-Muqadas (Jerusalem.)”

After the Battle of Siffin, Mundhir b. Jarud was appointed as the governor of Istakhr in FarsIran. However, when Imam 'Ali (a) received reports about his self-indulgences in Istakhr, he wrote a letter to Mundhir, in which he said that the reason why he trusted him was his father's reputation, and then enumerated his wrongdoings and removed him from his position.[7]

Upon his return to Kufa, Mundhir was imprisoned, but after the intercession of Sa'sa'a b. Sawhan and the payment of a penalty of 30,000 dirhams, he was released from the prison.[8] According to some people, Mundhir agreed with the views of Khawarij.[9]

Reaction to Imam al-Husayn's Call

Mundhir b. Jarud was a prominent figure in Basra at the beginning of Imam al-Husayn's uprising.[10] In a letter addressed to prominent figures of Basra, including Mundhir, Imam al-Husayn (a) invited them to join his uprising. Mundhir surrendered the letter and the messenger (Sulayman b. Razin) to 'Ubayd Allah b. Ziyad.[11] There are two views of how he treated Sulayman b. Razin. On one view, he did so because he thought the letter was from 'Ubayd Allah b. Ziyad (b. 33/653-4, d. 67/686).[12] On another view, this was as a result of his alliance with 'Ubayd Allah. One piece of evidence for this is said to be the marriage of Mundhir's daughter with ibn Ziyad.[13]

Impartiality in al-Mukhtar's Uprising

In the battle between al-Mukhtar al-Thaqafi and Mus'ab b. Zubayr, Mundhir rejected Mus'ab's call to join him, and then fled to Kerman together with some of his close companions, and thus remained impartial. In Kerman, he invited people to pledge their allegiance to 'Abd al-Malik b. Marwan.[14]

Ahnaf b. Qays

Quote

At the Time of the Three Caliphs

In the turmoils made by Sajah, the false prophet, Ahnaf joined him, but soon realized that he was a false prophet and left him.

Ahnaf came to Medina for the first time during the rule of 'Umar and stayed there. After a year, 'Umar ordered Abu Musa al-Ash'ari to send Ahnaf with an army to defeat Khurasan. Ahnaf went to Khurasan in 22/642-3, toward the end of 'Umar's life.

Shortly after entering Khurasan, Ahnaf went to Isfahan and attacked the Jews there by the order of 'Abd Allah b. Budayl, but took over there peacefully. Shortly afterward, he also conquered Kashan.

Quote

In the Battle of Jamal

When Talha and al-Zubayr wanted to take revenge for 'Uthman and waged the Battle of Jamal, Ahnaf did not side with any of the two sides of the battle and thus Banu Tamim withdrew from the battle and did not stand against Imam Ali (a). It can be inferrem from a report that Ahnaf wanted to help Imam Ali (a), but Banu Tamim objected. However, on the other hand, it is said that after the Battle of Jamal, Imam Ali (a) admonished him for his withdrawal, but Ahnaf regarded his action correct.

Quote

During the Rule of Mu'awiya

There is no information about Ahnaf after the Battle of Nahrawan until the martyrdom of Imam Ali (a). From some reports, it can be inferred that after Imam Ali (a), he joined Mu'awiya and was among those about whom Mu'awiya said that he bought their faith by money and wealth in 50/670. Also according to Abu l-Faraj al-Isfahani's report, Ahnaf was very close to Mu'awiya. However, there is a report suggesting that when Ahnaf went to Syria, Mu'awiya severely admonished him because of helping Imam Ali (a) in the battle of Siffin and Ahnaf replied back to him sharply and Mu'awiya repelled him from himself. If it is not forged, then it must be about the beginning of joining Ahnaf to Mu'awiya. But, many writers have mentioned about the sharp language of Ahnaf toward Mu'awiya and Mu'awiya's forbearance toward him. Also in 59/678-79, Mu'awiya dismissed 'Ubayd Allah b. Ziyad, the ruler of Iraq because of the Ahnaf's words and after a while when he gave him the position again, he advised him to respect Ahnaf. So, Ibn Ziyad appointed Ahnaf as his special secretary and writer and later Ahnaf showed loyalty to 'Ubayd Allah b. Ziyad.

Quote

During the Rule of Yazid

When Yazid called himself the caliph and Imam al-Husayn (a) made an uprising, Ahnaf was among those to whom Imam (a) wrote a letter and asked to accompany him, but Ahnaf did not accept and even invited Imam (a) to tolerance.

Quote

Following the suppression of Khawarij, al-Mukhtar made an uprising to revenge for Imam al-Husayn (a). In 66/685-86, Muthanna b. Mukharraba al-'Abdi called people of Basra to pledge allegiance with al-Mukhtar and over supporting him, a battle was about to take place between Azdis, Banu Tamim and their allies; but, Ahnaf intervened and finally Muthanna left Basra. Al-Mukhtar wrote a letter to Ahnaf and called him and his tribe as people of the hell. Apparently, Ahnaf had called al-Mukhtar a liar. Later, Mus'ab b. al-Zubayr and al-Mukhtar entered a war and Ahnaf together with Banu Tamim helped Mus'ab.

Lexical Meaning

"Dajjal" comes from the root form "Dal Jim Lam" (Arabic: دال جیم لام) meaning "very deceiving".

The word "Dajjal" in Hebrew teachings means "enemy of God" constituting from "Dajj" meaning "enemy" and "al" meaning "God". (In Hebrew, "al" and "il" mean God, e.g. Israel means friend of God, or as Jewish interpret triumphant with God, who prevails with God!).

Quote

In the New Testament

In Hebrew and in Jewish doctrines, the word, "Dajjal", means the enemy of God, composed of the word, "dajj" (enemy) and "al" (God). In the New Testament, it only exists in the letters of John, the Apostle, and those who deny the Christ, the Father, or the Son are called Dajjal. In English translation of holy books of Christianity, "Anti-Christ" has been considered as the equivalent for it which is the Greek corresponding word; as we read in the first letter of John, "Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. This is how we know it is the last hour."[1] Also, in this chapter, verses 22 and 23 we read, "Who is the liar? It is whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a person is the antichrist--denying the Father and the Son." [2].

In Muslim Sources

In Sunni Sources

Most of the narrations regarding Dajjal have been narrated by Ahmad b. Hanbal in Musnad, al-Tirmidhi in his Jami', Ibn Majah in his SunanMuslim in his Sahih, and by Ibn Athir in al-Nihaya from Abd Allah b. Umar and Abu Sa'id al-Khudri and Jabir b. Abd Allah al-Ansari. In Sunni hadiths, the riot of Dajjal is taken as sign of the Day of Judgment.

In Shia Sources

In Shiite books of hadiths, there are only few hadiths to the effect that the riot of Dajjal is a sign of the Reappearance of Imam al-Mahdi (a) along with the Heavenly Cry, the riot of Sufyani, and the riot of Yamani. These hadiths are not regarded as reliable. There are mentions that he will be killed by Imam (a) or in another narration by Jesus Christ (a). In these narrations, there is no mention of the issues suggested in Sunni narrations such as Dajjal's mischiefs, his appearance, his followers, etc.

According to a narration by Al-Shaykh al-Saduq from the Prophet (s), mention of Dajjal has been in the past but his presence will be in future.

According to hadiths, Dajjal appears at a time of hardship and starvation, deceives a group of people, and gathers them around himself.

On 8/31/2025 at 8:54 AM, Eddie Mecca said:

1) The dajjal is a true person that does extraordinary things using witchcraft and magic that will appear at the end of time. He will be the head of a great trouble-making that will take place for all of mankind. As the literal meaning of dajjal suggests, he is a user of witchcraft and a trouble-making individual with many materialistic facilities and capabilities. Some hadiths name him “the messiah of misguidance” which is the opposite of “the messiah of guidance”, meaning Prophet Isa ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)).

If we assume the story of Dajjal as true, undoubtedly many of the characteristics mentioned for him would seem legendaryQutb al-Din al-Rawandi narrated a hadith from the Prophet (s) through Sunni sources saying, "No prophet was ever assigned to mission unless he alarmed his people about the mischief of Dajjal."

On 8/31/2025 at 8:54 AM, Eddie Mecca said:

2) Iblis or Satan is the dajjal.

3) The Sufyani  is the dajjal.

4) The dajjal has a symbolic and secret side to it (and isn't a true person):

“The dajjal symbolizes the highest levels of civilization, culture and Western technology that are in conflict with Islam and its principles; a culture that tries to conquer and enslave all. We can clearly see today how the West’s materialist culture and technology has taken over all societies today, even Muslim ones…” [8]

According to the lexical meaning of Dajjal, it seems that it would not refer to a certain person, but anyone having invalid claims trying to deceive people might be Dajjal.

In this regard, existence of several Dajjals can be justified who may have emerged in different periods and have tried to make mischief and deceive people having weak faith. Existence of hadiths in which several Dajjals are mentioned supports this assumption including a hadith from the Prophet (s), "Before coming of the Dajjal, more than seventy Dajjals will come."

Therefore, the issue of Dajjal suggests that on the verge of the uprising of Imam al-Mahdi (a), a deceiving person would do all he can to keep the culture and system of ignorance in order to make people doubtful about the truth and accomplishment of Imam's (a) uprising and his leadership. About Dajjal, many unfounded assumptions have been proposed, none of which have any clear and definite reference and they are only based on possibilities.

On 8/31/2025 at 9:15 AM, Eddie Mecca said:

Asbagh bin Nubatah stood up and said: O Maula! Who would be the Dajjal? He replied, ‘The name of Dajjal is Saeed bin Saeed. Thus one who supports him is unfortunate. And are fortunate who deny him. He shall emerge from Yahoodiya village of Isfahan. He shall be blind in the right eye. The left would be on the forehead like a bloody piece, which would be glinting like the morning star. On his forehead would be inscribed: ‘Kafir’ (disbeliever) which would readable to the literate as well as the illiterate.

Time of Emergence

According to some non-certain hadiths, Dajjal begins his riot in Isfahan or Khorasan. It is mentioned in a hadith that when the spoils of the war in Constantinople are being shared, the news of the emergence of Dajjal is given to Imam al-Mahdi (a) and his companions." On the verge of the coming of Imam al-Mahdi (a), many signs appear one of which is the coming of Dajjal.

:bismillah:

Many words have been spoken about the Dajjal so far, and everyone has told a part of this issue; in fact, there are two narrative and historical axes regarding the personality of the Dajjal, and on this occasion, two groups have also been formed among the scholars in this regard.

The author of the book Imam Mahdi (a.j.) and the Heroes of Karbala clarified: The first group are scientists and scholars who, referring to the narrations mentioned about the Dajjal regarding his physical and spiritual characteristics and the manner of his birth and appearance, have expressed some discussions and believe in his individual external personality; that is, they believe that the Dajjal is a person with the characteristics mentioned in the books and that one day he will fight against the Imam of the Time (a.j.).

The view of Ayatollah Al-Uzma Makarem about the Dajjal

In contrast to this group of scholars, there are other scholars who have a different opinion; their opinion about the Dajjal is different from the individual's opinion; According to this group of scholars, including Grand Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi, the Dajjal is not actually a person, but an intellectual, cultural and military movement that will rise up against the thinking and ideology of Islamic Mahdism.

What preceded before the Prophet ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) and is also involved in the area of Bayt al muqadas (Jerusalem) with the Imam of the Time (AJT) and has dragged the world into oppression and corruption with its presence, is similar according to the available evidence.

Q) Did other prophets warn about the Dajjal’s sedition in the same way that Prophet Muhammad ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) warned about that sedition and warned people against it? c) It was narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) said:

Quote

I am the finalizer of a thousand prophets or more. No prophet was sent to a people except that he warned them against the trial of the Dajjal. He is one-eyed, and your Lord is not one-eyed. (1)

Unfortunately, there have been discussions about this that are not true at all, and films have been made about it, but fortunately, the seminary and its elders quickly took a stand against it and did not allow these false thoughts to develop and to be used as examples for apocalyptic figures.
