Lol if u were born in 1945

u should be like 80 or something

You are mathematically incorrect sir. (paraphrasing Sidney Greenstreet)

1945 + 70 is 2015. This is 2018.  2018 - 2015 = 3

And this is your arithmetic lesson for the day.

Come on!!!! I am not the 60's model. I forgot whether it was 1973 or 1983, what I remember is that it looks to me it was 1993.

Yeah, l noticed.

Did you ever think of a political career?

Back in the 70s, a local road extension was proposed. During the public hearing -as reported in the paper- the Trustees were explaining why a $3 million dollar road was "cheaper" then a $half-million road. No joke.

A seriously flawed idea.

l don't know about other parts of the World, but in Amerika it has always been said, "Women lie about their ages."

So when l read, ":l am 22" or "l am 26"; l just laugh to myself.

:mod:"You want me to believe this is true?"

Yeah I walk around telling everyone I’m 21

I reckon we should have a poll to see what age group majority of the people belong to, if people don't want to tell their age.

I'm 22 years old.

@hasanhh

You said that you have clothes older than our ages. @Salsabeel is 45 years old, therefore you have found clothes in your closet which have been there for more than 45 years. You must of purchased your clothes when you were around 15-20 years old, since there isn't much of a probability that you still have your clothes when you were a baby.

 45 + 20 =75

Therefore, according to my calculations your age is 75, with an allowance of 20 years.

women are always sensitive on their age

I'm not. I just don't like to brag. I'm too humble to reveal my age. I'll put it this way - my oldest son is older than some people on shiachat, but I know at least four active members who have attained a richer age than me.

How does one brag with their age?

I'm so old I remember changing the channel on a TV without a Remote...

I also remember using a payphone, reading a newspaper on paper, watching UHF channels, as well as being able to distinguish between VHS & Betamax.

I'll let everyone estimate my age from that statement...:einstein:

About 55-60.

Nah, depends on where he's from and how he grew up. Apart from betamax, I can check off all of these and I'm nowhere near that old. But I grew up as a lower middle class hillbilly. Urban and wealthy folks live in a different world that tends to run 10 years ahead of regular folks.

When I was a kid, we had a black and white TV. We got our first family computer when I was in high school. It booted with 5 1/4 floppy disks. I don't believe it even had a hard drive.

l had portable-B&W in my 30's. Color portables were $20 more back then. The speaker was 1-1/2 to 2 inches in diameter, so to hear it l spliced some stereo equipment l found into the speaker connections. l had that 20+ years.

l had a desk-top after my ex bought one 15 years ago.

l saw a floppy disk a couple of times.

Ha! Teenagers would come from miles around to drive around the parking lot at our mall on Friday and Saturday nights. I thought I lived in a big city until I moved away.

My town didn't have a parking lot until the 70s. The town bought and demolished a hundred-plus year old building with a both a hair salon and a saloon in it.
