Advanced Member Popular Post Intellectual Resistance Posted June 7, 2018 Advanced Member Popular Post Report Share Posted June 7, 2018 (edited) Salamualaykum, If you have any Dua requests, post them here, and i, and perhaps others will pray to Allah on your behalf. Please tonight, pray for my health, by studies and work, and my family. This is the most likely night of destiny (soon in my region). This is also a message that i forgive every single individual, whether i know you have done wrong to me, or i do not know. I also ask you all have it in your hearts to forgive me. Advanced Member ss99 Posted June 7, 2018 Advanced Member Report Share Posted June 7, 2018 Wa alaykum assalam I have two requests, I would really appreciate if you can make dua for both of them: Please pray that Allah softens my heart and never allow me to abandon Islam or the right path. I find hard to accept many things about religion and I just ignore them for now because I don't want to leave Islam. I really need to soften my heart and never go astray. I want a sincere belief, not only because my parents taught me that Islam is the right path. The other request is to pray to Allah that reunite me with my beloved one and allow me to marry him in a halal way. Please note the emphasis on halal. May Allah forgive all the sins of the sincere hearts and grant them Jannah, Inshallah I'm also included Intellectual Resistance and ali_fatheroforphans 1

Most ulama seemingly do not consider 25, 27 or 29 as Nights of Qadr. Only 19, 21 and 23. SIAR14

Unregistered S.M.H.A. Posted June 9, 2018 Unregistered Report Share Posted June 9, 2018 Keep these preconditions in mind. Quote وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِنْ رَسُولٍ إِلَّا لِيُطَاعَ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ ۚ وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ إِذْ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ جَاءُوكَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُوا اللَّهَ وَاسْتَغْفَرَ لَهُمُ الرَّسُولُ لَوَجَدُوا اللَّهَ تَوَّابًا رَحِيمًا {64} [Pickthal 4:64] We sent no messenger save that he should be obeyed by Allah's leave. And if, when they had wronged themselves, they had but come unto thee and asked forgiveness of Allah, and asked forgiveness of the messenger, they would have found Allah Forgiving, Merciful. Does this refers to Forgiveness of Sins / Dua[supplication]. There is a connection here[In my Layman opinion], will try to point to it, what needs to happen first [my understanding] based on The Islamic narrations are replete with great emphasis on asking for help from the Holy Prophet (S) and his Progeny (‘a). Dawud al-Barqi says: “I used to listen to Abu ‘Abdillah as-Sadiq (‘a), he mostly used to implore Allah for the sake of the Five, that is the Prophet of Allah, Amir al-Mu’minin, Fatimah, al-Hasan, and al-Husayn (peace be upon all of them).”5 Sama’ah is reported to have said, “Abu al-Hasan al-Kazim (‘a) said to me, ‘O Sama’ah! If you sought a need from Allah, then say, ‘O Allah, {I beseech You} for the sake of Muhammad and ‘Ali, for they enjoy status and rank with You, and {I implore You} for the sake of that status to bless Muhammad and his Progeny, and do with me such and such.’”6 https://www.al-islam.org/supplication-in-the-eyes-of-ahlalbayt-muhammad-mahdi-al-asifi/means-be-employed-when-praying-Allah#pleading-holy-prophet-s-and-ahl-al-bayt-‘ Imam ‘Ali (‘a) says: “Sin hinders response (ijabah).” A man once asked Imam ‘Ali (‘a) about the verse “Call Me, I will answer you” saying, “What has happened to us, we pray but we are not answered.” He (‘a) replied, “Which of your prayers do you expect to be answered when you have closed its doors and ways. So be wary of Allah and reform your deeds, and purify your hearts, bid the good and forbid the wrong, thus Allah will answer your prayers.”22 Imam ‘Ali bin al-Husayn Zayn al-’Abidin (‘a) is narrated to have said, “And the sin which causes prayer to be rejected and the skies to turn dark is disobedience (‘uquq) to the parents.”23 https://www.al-islam.org/supplication-in-the-eyes-of-ahlalbayt-muhammad-mahdi-al-asifi/obstacles-and-hindrances#sins-withhold-prayer This narration is in Amali, about the day of judgement.
