My nephew.

His mother calls me to see how Ramadhan is going and l can hear him talking.

He is using the TV remote like it is a telephone. So his mother gives him the phone to talk to me for real.

"Hello, Amu." "l'm fine." "Bye-bye" and hangs up.

So his mother has to call me back.

Later, they come by the house. He is quiet for a two-year-old so he stands unusually still and tries to talk like an older child.

But his newborn sister isn't like what he was like at 3 weeks. While he was happy, smiley, made sounds like a bird and tried to make physical contact with you; his little sister just stares into space.

So l can conclude from this here video: 1} He had a round chambered. 2} He appears drunk.

Police and the FBl are investigating.

Near me about 40 years ago, a bar manager dropped his pistol and it went-off, the round traveled through a door and struck a girl in the leg. The civil jury awarded the girl $200,000 in then dollars. He had to sell his bar, building, house and still owed money.
