Search for 'Human Needs Development -HND' on Facebook.  

I have a close yemeni friend living here.She collects donations for her people some of which are sent to this organisation so I know they are reliable.

Shaheed foundation and Zahra trust have ijaza of Ayatuallah Sistani and other marjas(you can find out the exact names from their websites) for khums. 

Shaheed foundation is mainly working to support the families of people killed in Shia genocide in Pakistan. They also have schools and a medical facility besides other projects. 

Zahra trust works for the orphans and widows in Iraq and Syria.

Salam. "Ramadan Appeal for Orphans" by Ahlulbayt Islamic Mission (AIM) helps orphans in Iraq.
