The source of video is a wahabi  guy & we know that they know everyone Kaffir instead of themselves ,I think he was trying to say he doesn’t execute Sharia Law as a muslims mayor but uses a vague word for this because the video was about forcing people to practice Islamic Laws (using Niqab for women)which that is doctrine of Wahabists same as they cut & montage shia lectures in their favor.

The video is being misunderstood. The interviewer clearly says "as a Muslim man...."  
It is Sadiq Kahn in the video and he did not say he is not a Muslim, he simply said he is agnostic about women wearing the veil.
"agnostic" simply means  a person who is unwilling to commit to an opinion about something or does not have strong ideas or preferences about something.
So all Sadiq was saying is that he doesn't have any strong views about whether women should or shouldnt wear a veil.

Currently in western countries like Britain if anybody like Sadiq khan wants to be accepted as a politician or high rank people as Mayor of London must have two attitude first doesn't excute or support Sharia Law second Supporting LGBT & keeps islam just in his personal life not for public.
