A 7 year old girl named Zainab in Kasur, Pakistan was kidnapped, raped, then strangled after being raped multiple times and her body was tossed in a garbage heap. Her parents had left her with family while they went for Umrah. Apparently, she was on her way to a Quran recititation when she was kidnapped.

http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-42637027

Brought tears to my eyes when I saw the picture of this little girl.

To add to the mess there have been mass riots in Pakistan over the Police's handling of the case. There's even a video showing the kidnapper taking her away and yet the Police haven't made an arrest yet.

What type of animal can do that to a 7 year old child ???

I saw it, but I didn't know she was raped... What kind of problem does that person have? Please Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى help her and protect the children whom needs you more than we do!

Like I know for a fact that men have sexual desires, and that they are weak, but being that kind of guy, who doesn't get laid and needs to force a little girl to feel love, It's sad to read.

They are just kids... It reminds me of Imam hussein's kid that was slaughtered, and It makes me sad.

Pakistan's government is really messed up. I really hope Imran Khan comes and throws all these idiots to jail.

The moment you can't trust your own police - shows how messed up your government is. Look how the police fired at the people in the protest recently.

I really feel for Zainab's parents, I really hope Allah gives them the strength to pass through this difficult moment.

If the Pakistani Police and Government cannot find the culprits I’m going to scream my house down with rage. This poor soul did not deserve to go in such a way. Allah CURSE THESE PEOPLE WITH TORMENT IN THIS WORLD AND THE HEREAFTER! To be found in that trash ya Allah! I can only imagine how she must’ve wept in her final hours. Ya Allah please nurture this young soul in paradise.  why?! Why?! What type of evil does it take to do this to a young girl.

You are insulting animals. No animal has ever committed such crimes.

Every human has the potential to be extremely good or extremely bad. Like carbon which can change to a brilliant pricey diamond or a piece of black cheap charcoal.

The problem with such people, I believe, is that they have a low self-esteem because someone with high self-esteem wont commit such crimes even if he doesnt believe in God and the next world.

It is hard to cope with and may make you cry (trust me it made me so sad ), but let your heart soothe and calm down knowing this young girl is in heaven, safe and sound with her Lord, Allah :)

Also know her ruthless killers are going to be punished in the worst way possible by Allah, so fear not!

I hate this thinking.. no , I despise this thinking.

How about parying this way : May Allah make you the next lucky person and make your child face same fate?

This incident really shook me up I have to admit. In today’s day and age we are so desensitized to hearing about crimes and atrocities that we just gloss over it.

But this one really hurts. Every time I see that picture of that little girl standing there with a smile on her face just makes me want to cry. She’s probably happy and excited because she got to wear colorful clothes with a nice pink jacket and a pink hair clip. What little girl doesn’t like dressing up and doesn’t like the color pink.

If you have the heart to see it then Google the video where she’s being taken away. It’s horrible, just horrible how she’s being taken by the hand by this monster. I won’t post it here. It’s too traumatizing.

Her full name was Zainab Ansari.

I have come to know that every one of them entered upon Muslim women and other women under protection of Islam and took away their ornaments from legs, arms, necks and ears and no woman could resist it except by pronouncing the verse,

“We are for Allah and to Him we shall return.” (2:156)

Then they got back laden with wealth without any wound or loss of life. If any Muslim dies of grief after all this he is not to be blamed but rather there is justification for him before me

When every muslim or non muslim in an Islamic territory oppresses all Muslims must do a reaction to this no one of muslims during imamate of Imam Ali (as) didnt care about other people & in result of that Imam Ali (as)martyred & muaviah (la) take control of them.

Bismehe Ta3ala,

Assalam Alikum

What is the punishment for this man? It should be done immediately in public square.

If you can not rely on the gov't to change, then where are the grassroot movements to demand change?  Zaynab was not the first child involved in this hideous crime.  There is a major problem involving sex crimes and children.  This needs to be addressed and bring awareness to children in elementary school.

My heart is aching for Zaynab and all the children who are rape victims.

M3 Salamah, FE AMIN Allah

From the link above

Kasur was previously at the center of a child sexual abuse scandal in which a gang of over two dozen men was accused of blackmailing scores of children into making sex videos between 2009 and 2014.

At least 280 children were sexually abused on camera by men who later blackmailed their families, threatening to leak the footage.

In an Islamic Government (which Pakistan is in name only, not in practice) there would be a trial and evidence would be presented and the defendant would be allowed to argue his case. If after the evidence and cases were presented, the judge decided that he is guilty, he would be executed. Whether it is done publicly or not is not important, what is important is that if he is guilty the earth should be free of this scum.

I agree with you. I don't even see an ounce of Islam within the Pakistani government.

A government full of injustice, cruelty, tyranny, oppression, you name it.

They have a suspect in custody but who knows if he's the actual kidnapper/rapist/murderer or not. In situations like this someone is brought in just to make it appear that the investigation is progressing. Only Allah knows if he's the actual culprit or not.

Personally, I'm in favor of a public execution. It won't bring the little girl (or any of the other children) back or even offer a fraction of justice for her death but it'll scare any other potential crimes from happening.

On top of it I'm of the mindset that he should be punished accordingly for each and every crime he committed in order...

  1. Kidnapping
  2. Rape
  3. Murder

Let the execution happen last after he has suffered for the kidnapping and rape first. An execution only isn't enough. Let him suffer first.

Kind of confused about your post.  You are not sure if the man is guilty due to valid reasons to have doubt but still want to go ahead with extreme public punishment.

There is no evidence over many studies (from the 1950's) that public executions (or any executions) reduce homicidal criminal behaviour in others.  However, public executions encourage exactly what you stated in your first statement, to occur.  The authorities, due to extreme public pressure, have to come up with a culprit.  Because of this, there is appropriate hesitation as to whether the man arrested is actually guilty. This whole situation is so extreme that I think that pulling a "guilty" suspect out of thin air is more than possible. Does the public need to have a sense of closure or safety worth the killing of a potentially innocent man?

I meant to say that once he's found guilty after a fair and public trial.
