Problem with Emoji from Android & Ios

When I want to insert Emoji from Android or IOS to the post it is not accepted & it just Emoticon from topic editore.

I have this problem with emoji built in keyboard of IOS 11 & android 6

The value entered includes a character that is not allowed such as an Emoji.

You’re right, maybe @Ali can help out with this.
