Ok, so a kheera, as everyone I know calls it, is when you hold the Quran, recite something in your head, open the Quran on a random page and start reading to find the answer to what you’re looking for. My mum does that as she is a descendant of prophet Muhammad. I grew up with it and have seen things happen that are pretty fair. Never gave it a thought. But every time I’m accused of things like: talking to a boy in 3rd grade, saying that I didn’t use my iPad to text a boy, or now, saying that my little brother was talking to me about something he shouldnt be saying, the Kheera comes of false. Look, I KNOW that what I said happened was absolutely true. There’s no lie in it. Some things are things that shouldn’t even be lied about. Like seriously. But why is it false? Why does the Kheera say that I’m a liar. Mum once took a Khira and it said something extreme about me and my family had beaten me for a week. Over what? A false Kheera? I said it was false and now they’re saying I’m a Khafira for not believe it onthe words of Allah. For some reason, every time it’s about me, it’s a lie. Are Kheeras even to be trusted? Apparently the twelve imams instructed  to take Kheeras.

Sister, it seems like you do not know how an istikhara even works. The kheera for the things you mentioned turned out false because they are not viable for a kheera in the first place. It isn't a lie detector or a future teller, a kheera with the Quran is only done for removing doubt and uncertainty and to guide the person to choose one of two paths. For example, a person is in doubt whether to start a specific business and after having asked around for advice and opinions, he still cannot decide, so therefore he performs an istikhara to get the best advice from Allah (awj) and acts upon that kheera. If you are not in doubt and perform a kheera anyways, the kheera will not work and give you a random answer. For the kheera to be accurate, you need to be in a state of Wudu and face the qiblah while reciting specific things depending on which type of istikhara you are doing.

For more information on it, read this: https://www.al-islam.org/istikhara-seeking-the-best-from-Allah-muhammad-baqir-haideri

Salam. Unfortunately, your mother is using the Holy Qur'an (istikhara) to justify you getting punished. Beating people up is not allowed in Islam. If you have redness or bruising or bleeding then the person(s) who did that need(s) to pay money as compensation.

Salam

it should be done for recommended act whether you should do them or not, not recommended prohibited or mandatory act

You should have knowledge of the verses or go to someone who does to do the verse

As for the beads, there are different ways mentioned in the narrations

istakharah seeking knowledge either through prayer versus the beads

kherah is when you put two solutions on lots of equal number and draw them and pick an answer, and that is established from the story of Jonah peace upon him

It is recommended by the six guy to be the way to solve impossible choices

wallahu Alam
