So I am volunteering at a carnival for volunteering hours for college I am considering doing henna for other ppl not on myself. I was wondering if that's still haram during Maharam

On Ashura people do religious things (read Qur'an, Duas, Ziyarat of Ashura) and remember Imam Hussain AS, so doing nonsense is not a good thing. Playing games or carnival or things like that would be disrespecting Imam Hussain and the martyrs, may Allah bless them.

I am still waiting to know when you're selling alcohol.

It's best if you avoid it.

Bismehe Ta3ala,

Assalam Alikum

Sister Fatima,

If your parents died the day before the carnival would you still volunteer?

If your father was murdered on this day, would you have the strength to do henna on people?

If your mother was jailed on the carnival day would you be interacting with people in a joyous way?

Imam Hussain is more imporant than our parents, you decide.

Please look up the hadith of what Rasoul Allah said to Habib ibn mudthir.

Do you know who Habib is?

Be like Habib.

It's haram.  Would you play guitar for someone else in these days?

Bismehe Ta3ala,

Assalam Alikum

Sister Fatima,

This Muharram, learn something new.

Who is Habib? Who is Hurr?  Who are the companions of Imam Hussain?

Do you want to get closer to Imam Hussain?  If yes, learn something during these ten days/nights.

M3 Salamah, FE AMIN Allah
